Apple Jack & Orange and more.

Made up an FO that's been languishing in my FO cupboard. Here's Apple Jack & Orange that didn't quite match the picture in my head as far as the coloring, but that's the way it goes! It looks like the surface is cracked, but that's a line from removing the lining paper.

Still trying to learn log techniques in my one and only log mold. Here's Sandalwood & Oakmoss:

New labels for Lotion Push-Ups shown on a cool cabbage slicer I found at an antique market while visiting an antique gas engine show:

Changing my bubble bath powders from milk bottles to 16 oz. plastic mason style jars so I can include a small wooden scoop with purchase. Still don't have the label designed. (oops..you really can't see the jar. They are from SKS and here's the url: http://www.sks-bottle.com/340c/fin15k.html so you can see what they look like.

That's it for now! Thanks for looking. :)

All beautiful - though the surprise would be if it weren't! :D I especially love the Sandalwood-Oakmoss. The colors, shape, composition, stamp - the whole look is utter serenity, which I bet is perfect for the scent. Is it a blend of eo or someone's fo?

Your labels look great, and cheers very much for the jar link!

Thanks so much, everyone, for your kind feedback! :cheesy2:

I wish I had the real deal to put into soap, but sadly the fragrance is a blend of two Sweet Cakes FOs. Sandalwood and their Oakmoss, both of which are very true to the EOs. Sandalwood and Oakmoss is one of my most favorite scents!

Hidden away in my cupboard is a small bottle of Oakmoss absolute that I'm saving for B&B stuff. Can't bring myself to put it in soap! I'd love to have some real sandalwood.

Lol, I SO know what you mean! I have some jasmine sambac absolute which I adore, but as I can't bear the thought that I might "waste" it I haven't actually used it in anything yet, just go for a bliss-sniff every so often. (precioussss . . .)

Good to know about these FOs - I use sandalwood as a base note in a lot of my blends, but the costs have gone up so much I've been wondering how I'll manage when I need to restock. Haven't even TRIED using pricey oakmoss. :shocked2: Thanks for the tip! :D

How did I miss this post!

Everything looks wonderful and professional Brenda, where to begin.... I LUV the Sandalwood & Oakmoss soap- I think you have the log design down perfect!

*soap porn approval*

The lotion push ups look great! and I like your new packaging for the bubbling bath. I looked at the link real quick so I might have missed it. Are the jars at least a "5" to retain the scent??
