Is anyone else having issues with MS not answering emails back?

Isn't that the company that has been getting a lot of complaints re customer service?

I placed an order on Tuesday the 12th expecting to have it by Friday so I sent a message Friday and This Monday and no response. And the order still has not shipped. So it's one week today.

Why don't go on their Facebook page and pose your questions and what has happened?  It should make them stand to attention and they won't want others seeing it.....that's what I would do.

They have to approve comments now before they go live. I did write one so at least they will see it.

In my experience, if I've ever ordered anything right after a holiday or holiday weekend, I can't expect instant service.
