marcuset
Yep...Virginia Candle Company & their ribbon wicks - new twist. Interesting for sure! Going for an upscale market with that line. Those are in a few shops around here too...I think they run between $20 - $70 depending on the size. The most common ones around here sell for about $35. moonshine
I saw those over Christmas/New Years week up north Michigan at the Little River Casino gift shop! They are very cool looking and smelled good to- I wanted to buy one but didn't want to carry it around with me playing slots! Lol Let us know how it keeps burning
candlelady
Well, I've been burning it every evening for about 4 hours or so each time and it's burning really well. Clean sides, no soot and very little smoke whenit's blown out.
Candybee
Very cool looking! Not surprised Virginia Candle came up with that.

HorseScentS
Those are very pretty. I saw a lot of those at a local liquidator who bought out a San Diego chandler after they had storm damage or a fire or something. I was afraid to buy one in case they might overheat and flash into a big fire ball, so I'm glad to hear it's burning safely for you.
Justjasen
Hmm interesting. Wish there was a place that sold the wicks online. Did a google search and all I can find are the actual candles for sale.
Wicky
Gorgeous, wish you could just buy the wicks

Wicky
How the heck do you trim that?I would imagine you break it with your fingers like a normal shaped wood wick
