Just got my order, only took 2 days! woohoo new reno warehouse. Question??? Does anybody else think the pumpkin souffle smells like buttered popcorn?? I get no pumpkin at all, lots of butter and a little sweet cinnamon. I think they may have mistakenly given me their new carmel popcorn fragrance.

Hi Grani L, This may not be the info you were looking for but this is what I do. I don't have a large volume of shipping but, I have an account w/ usps too. I weigh with my candle scale or if it's heavier I just use my "people scale". Usps just asks you the weight so I have found that you don't have to be exact. You enter addresses "from" and "to" then the weight and it will give you options with prices. You can then choose the one u want and print and pay for the postage all from your computer. U can have the mailman pick it up from your house (or wherever) you are shipping from. It is SO convenient. HTH, Fran

I have blended chocolate and sugar cookie before and that comes pretty close. I think I did 1 part choc to 2 parts sugar cookie, if memory serves.

Fruit loop necklaces! Always a favorite for the kids and so easy for the adults. Just tie off one fruit loop on the end of a stiff string. The curling ribbon works well, cut the end to a nice point so it is easy for the kids to string the cereal on it. Give them a handful of cereal and challenge them to make color patterns as they string. Also a challenge to get them to NOT eat any until it is finished. (Except the broken ones..the kids LOVED that, they won't work on the string so they get to eat them NOW) When they are done tie it so they can wear as a necklace. (Yes I used to work in a preschool, lol)

Maybe someone can help me?? I am using regular address labels on my candle tins. For years they worked just fine. I stick them on the side of the tin..Lately they are coming off. I've tried adding glue to the label, wrapping a rubber band around the tin and label to help the label grip and it doesnt help. Any ideas?

Hi, I don't use paraffin so can't answer your question, but just wanted to say I laughed at your description of what you (AND I) did 40 years ago. Making sand candles was just the coolest thing.
