  1. When I use wick pins, I use metal wick tabs with my wicks. When I level the bottom of my candle the tab seals in and the wick won't come out. Another idea is to explain to your customer that the wick secure in place once they light it for the first time and that it won't move after that. Hope this helps Pam F
  2. When you go on their site you will have to pick the type of jar that you are looking for and then there will be a tab for the lid selection. When I went there before replying to you, I missed it the first time too. They have recently changed their site around. Pam F
  3. The Jar Store has black lids with a ring, they might be what you are looking for, I have used them and they fit snuggly on the jar. Hope this is of some help. Pam F
  4. The 5" would be to small of a base to sit the bears. I use the 8 or 10" Candle pans to sit my bears. The best prices that I have found for these was Woodcrafters, but Bittercreek also have them at a reasonable price. Pam F
  5. I really like her oils to. I can understand thinking they are expensive. Because I live in Canada so I find the prices quite reasonable because she ships USPS which saves me brokerage fees on my orders, compared to UPS fees. Pam F
  6. When you click on the link just scroll about half way done that page and you will come to it. I just smelled a lime vanilla candle myself when I was out shopping last week and really liked the scent. I have just ordered some lime fragrance oil to try to blend it myself was hoping to work on it this weekend but my supplier is out of it til next week. I didn't order the Just by Nature oil because I just can't justify the cost of shipping and brokerage fees that I have to pay for one oil, so I ordered the oil from one of my Canadian suppliers to try it. Can't to experiment. Pam F

  11. I was out shopping today and picked up a Yankme candle to smell, it was vanilla lime what a refreshing candle fragrance. Does know of a supplier that has this fragrance, I did a quick search but haven't found one yet. Also smelled their lemon lavendar what a nice fragrance combo. Pam F
  12. I have been searching for glass 30ml bottles for refresher oils, but am having a hard time finding them. Anybody have good sources. I have found 50ml bottles that I can buy locally but they just seem to big for my liking, but if I figure price of bottles, I probaly can supply my customers with more refresher oil for their money. The 50ml bottles will cost me approximately .75 a peice with no shipping costs. I have found 30ml bottles but they would cost me 1.25 a peice which is just way to much money, and they also come with white lids which I just don't like the looks. As I am writing this I think that I am answering my own question, that I should just use the 50ml bottles. Either one of these bottles that I can get wouldn't cost me for shipping. Thank you for any suggestions Pam F

Thread the darning needle with the wick like you would thread and push it through the bottom of your mold, just be careful when pushing it through the bottom that you don't pick yourself with the needle it hurts l've learned from experience.
