  1. where do you get your Lick Me All Over and Butt Naked, if you don't mind saying?
  2. I would like to make some solid perfume for Christmas gifts. I usually only make candles and I seem to be stuck in those types of scents. I just can't get out of that box. I'm not a big wearer of perfume. Do you have any suggestions? I know that I will use Warm Vanilla Sugar from Peaks so if there are any other Peaks or CandleScience suggestions, those are my main suppliers. Thanks for any ideas you might have. Deb
  3. I'm not sure about all of their glass but I know Fillmore gets some from Anchor Hocking.
  4. Very nice. That tealight is too cute!
  5. Nancy, I got my turkey fryer off of Amazon. Lovin' it right now with a bunch of shows coming up. Deb
  6. I have a Masterbuilt and its all one piece. If you don't like the turkey fryer, you might try a Presto Pot.
  7. I finally gave up on tins due to the rusting issues. Mine came from CS.
  8. Its not like a slather it with the stuff. I take a miniscule amount on a paper towel. I wipe the tart and then rub it with a clean paper towel. I obviously don't want any solvent left on it when I am done. I also said I have done it occasionally on tarts that develop a small amount of surface bloom.
  9. I'm on my 5th or 6th case of the lot number ending in 06 which I assume was produced just after yours and everything has been fine. My tops are smooth, no bubbles and no problems at all. Deb
  10. If its a little surface bloom, you can take a paper towel and put a little goo gone on it and wipe. I do it sometimes with my tarts.
  11. My vanillas always do that, too. I don't worry about it too much since my warning label covers the wick tab.
  12. That reminds me of a show I did the first weekend of August this year. Someone picked up one of my lime cooler candles and said "Oh that would have been a good one for summer." I thought August was still in summer:cheesy2:
  13. With respect to colors, just invest in your basics and then you can mix them to make any color you want, just like paint.
  14. The towel is adorable but I just love the look on your doxie's face!
  15. Very vanilla from CandleScience is my pick.
  16. Give her a percentage and let her go for it!
