I have seen those items at the vendors' website but the lip balm boxes are too short. My roll-on bottles are 3.25" tall and the lip balm tubes are significantly shorter than that at approx. 2.5" tall. But thanks so much for posting those!

I don't sweeten my lip balms as I don't think it's necessary. I do add flavor oil, though.

Butt Naked from MC is one of my all time favorite FOs. And dontcha just love the name?? I have combined it with High Cotton and called it Butt Naked in High Cotton. :rolleyes2

However, the chance of getting scrub in your mouth is minimal at best (or worst); mine doesn't taste bad at all--kinda sugary. Imagine that . . . :rolleyes2 Seriously, though, when I use the sugar scrub on my face the lips are included in the effort.

I've used both in body spray and tell absolutely NO difference whatsoever. It's just a matter of choice or whatever is on hand at the moment. I currently use sweet almond oil simply because I have more of it. Good luck and have fun with the body sprays!

If you truly feel the need to sanitize them, just dip them in a bleach solution, rinse and allow to dry. However, I really don't think it's at all necessary. The only time I sanitize anything is when I make lotion, which is not very often for that very reason. :rolleyes2

Why wouldn't a regular sugar scrub do the trick? However, I can't imagine why one would need a lip scrub when the sugar scrub, or any other exfoliant for that matter, would do that job when used regularly.

Oh, honey, it wasn't an umbrella, it was a 10x10 picnic-type canopy that was staked and tied down with ballast (bags filled with sand) on all legs and lines. Gone, I tell ya, gone in the night.

I wouldn't add water or witch hazel because then you get into a preservative issue. In my never-to-be-humble opinion it doesn't need anything else. I have not yet done just cyclo and FO, but may try that with a 5oz batch. Yes, the ratio would be what you have for 10oz. That's the reason I use percentages rather than actual amounts, so you may apply that ratio to any measurement you use, ounces, grams, etc. We may be hijackers but we sure ain't thread KILLERS, are we?

I use 95% cyclo, 2.5% sweet almond oil (or FCO if you prefer) and 2.5% FO. The scent will last several hours, but some FOs just hold up better than others, as you've probably figured out already.

Now if someone will just tell me how to keep our tent from blowing away at the beach! :undecided First time it happened we found it about a hundred yards down the beach in a fenced construction area. We left it. Or keep it from being STOLEN. Yes, stolen. Right out from under us practically. Last summer my daughter woke me up early early on our last full day at the beach to show me that our tent was gone. I'm sure it was the rowdies in our hotel. Gone, I tell you.
