  6. How many drops are you using? I use CS liquid dyes and I don't remember having a problem getting navy. I know with black one time I had to double the suggested amount of drops and I got a really good black. Now...get back to work and finish those last jars> :yay: :yay: Rae

  10. I agaree that is sounds like a lot of money. A lot of companies when you buy product from them they include a free 1oz FO with the order. I would pick some good scents with a good supplier and order from them. Rae

  18. Elfcat, I tested the 6036 about a month ago. I was pleased with it, but not enough to change from IGI-6006 to it. It did have a good CT and HT. I thought it burned slower than the 6006, which would not be a bad thing. I hope to go back to testing it more in a week or so. Rae
  19. I have been making ceramic containers for years. If the holder is glazed you will have not problem. Ceramics are fired to about 2000 degrees. A candle is not going to cause it to burn. I have been in the ceramic business for about 35 years. We have always been taught to keep flames away from acrylic painted holders. I have tested over and over again and I cannot get any of my acrylic containers to catch on fire. I have sold them for many years and have never had a complaint. I am painting some votive holders in acrylic now and will test again. Bottom line is, you should be 100% safe with ceramic. I don't use any wood containers even if they are treated. Hope this helps. Rae
