  1. Thanks Jo. I went ahead and wrapped this one up. Well use it for what I made it for. I'm offering these in a few scents. They will be colored according to the scent. So, if I use ribbon, color coordinate it to the candle?
  2. Holly...I looked one of their items up on ebay. It says that item is located in Eastern Pennsylvania. hth ya.
  3. This is an ice candle that I made yesterday. I'm calling it "tuxedo candle". I used IGI 2778 palm wax from letitshine with Vanilla Anise from CS. A thought that just came to me...I've got some red ribbon that is pretty stiff...I'm going to put some around the middle to see what that looks like.
  4. Nice Candles!!!!! I love that picture.
  5. I make my melts (tarts) in silicone molds...mini muffin, heart shaped, daisy shaped, and diamond shaped. How would you use a cookie cutter to make them? Or did I miss something in your post? I put mine in small polypro ziplock bags. These sell for $.99 each. The diamond and daisy shaped ones are packaged 2 to a bag. These are also $.99 each. Each bag is 1 oz. I really don't think the shape matters...just the scent and the price.
  6. Yes, that would be the stuff. I got mine at Wally World.
  7. Welcome. You are so right...there is lots of info here. This is my favorite board.
  8. If the craft festival is in your town or close enough that you are going home at night....have extra that you couldn't get in your car, and take that with you the next day. Good luck at the festival.
  9. I use soy or palm wax in mine...the wax totally goes away.
  10. You did a nice job. I don't fancy mine up. Just pet bedding and wax. I don't put a wick in mine either. Customers just pull the paper out a little and light it.
  11. Nice job!!! I really like the fluted (I don't remember what that mold is called. Too lazy right now to look it up.) one
