  1. I make soap and lotion/cream for my stepdaughter using melt and pour base and add olive oil and shea aloe butter to it. No scent. It has helped her.
  2. Thank you both. I'm liking Peaceful Path...I think I'll shorten it down to to Peaceful and see how that works out.
  3. I need help re-naming a scent. Currently it is call Spring Time. A blend of Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Lavendar. Eucalyptus --- A nice, fresh, green eucalyptus scent. This beautiful fragrance is much more complex than the medicine. Lavendar A soft, relaxing floral scent. Peppermint --- A straight peppermint. Mint, mint and more mint. TIA
  4. Euclyptus, Lavendar, and Peppermint A good sinus opener.
  5. Here...read this page. http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/ProductDetail.aspx?CatalogID=1&GroupID=1&CategoryID=847&ProductID=2290&ProductName=Crafters+Choice%E2%84%A2+Crystal+Clear+Soap+Base+-+2+lb+Tray
  6. Thanks...but in all fairness I got it from here: http://www.mycreativelyvintagelife.com/2012/07/mason-jar-makeover.html
  7. Yes it does look a little like stained glass. The one I post above, I used a small paint brush. Now I use cosmetic wedges. I look for the least messiest way of getting something done. The glitter mixed with the modge podge...I put it on in a couple thick layers or light layers. Depends on what kind of mood I'm in that day.
  8. These look like it's on the inside of the glass to me too. I mix glitter or food coloring with mod podge and paint on the outside of the glass.
  9. You did a great job. Looks just like him. I like Sheldon...even as annoying as he is.
  10. I use cyclo, fco and fo. Some fragrances won't mix with the cyclo by itself. Adding the fco makes things a lot easier.
  11. I put it on the inside of the lid on my tins.
  12. You're welcome. You poke holes in all of the layers.
  13. I poke holes in the first layer...then pour the second layer. The next layer is poured a little hotter than the previous one. Keep doing this until the container or mold is filled.
  14. Good morning... I use Avery Design Pro (free) for my labels. I use the business card template to make hang tags. I print them on white card stock paper. Then use my cutter and cut them off as needed. I fold the card in half...punch a hole in the top corner. I use organza bags to package my melts in, but you could use raffia to tie the bag closed.
  15. SheaAloe Butter, Jojoba oil, sweet almond oil and olive oil is what I put in my step-daughters cream.
  16. Take a look at this one http://www.siegeldisplay.com/cardboard-point-of-sale-peg-display-535.html

    peak's

I use the low sweat cp like white base. I put it in an organza bag with a hangtag label. Regular melt and pour base has to be wrapped tight or it can sweat...little beads of water will show. I add Shea Aloe Butter, oils and honey to my base. Have not had any problems.

    Packaging

I would stack the 6 cups up on the counter and measure how high and wide they are. Add a couple inches to the width and a few extra inches for the length. Then go search for a bag.
  19. Fresh Brewed Coffee soy containers Gardenia soy containers Coffee Caramel Cream air freshener sachets and whatever I get done. I need to make some soap, cream and shampoo for me.
  20. WOW...beautiful The raspberry vanilla I think was my favorite. It popped right out at me. I like them all though.
  21. Wild Mountain Honey Wild Raspberry Fresh Brewed Coffee If you already have some fragrance oils, think of scents that will blend with them. That way you have more scents to work with. examples: wild mountain honey/lavendar fresh brewed coffee/caramel/chocolate fresh brewed coffee/wild raspberry/chocolate
  22. I'll be trying this out. Thanks.
