  1. Everything looks just beautiful!!! Congratulations on your new site
  2. I know Robin usually starts this post but she hasn't been on in a couple of days so I'm hoping she's out celebrating her new job....YEAH ROBIN . I love this post and look forward to reading it every week so I thought I would post it this week :smiley2: . My goal for this year is to build up my tart stock so I finally got my molds in and am ready to start. I'm going to pour 216 tonight, shrinkwrap and label them tomorrow and pour 216 more. Yeah!!! What's everyone else got going...
  3. http://www.naturesgardencandles.com/candlemaking-soap-supplies/category.cgi?&category=382&start=36 Nature's Garden has quite a few Downey and Gain Duplicates(Laundry Softener & detergent brand names). They had to change the names though so the only way to know if it's a dupe is to see if it has a "Proctor & Gamble" disclaimer in the description. Indiana Candle Supply also has a great dupe of April Fresh Downey http://www.candlesupplys.us/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=685
  4. Thanks so much for the responses...mizbizzyb, I Pm'd you. Thanks again, looks like Peaks wins
  5. Just wondering who has the best Blackberry sage. I've had some from ICS but it didn't seem very strong in wax. It was a very nice scent though. Is this just maybe a lighter scent or should I try a different one
  6. Just wanted to thank you again and let you know that DPS has ordered a sample of the fragrance for me from their supplier!!! I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks again, Kim
  7. Thank you sooo much! I will e-mail them now. I just can't believe it's this hard to find Mimosa
  8. Thanks everyone for the warnings. I guess my quest for a straight Mimosa continues . If anyone runs across it will you post it please...I've looked everywhere!
  9. I think you are right Deb. I haven't tried theirs either though . I really need a straight Mimosa so I hope they've straightened up with their Customer Service beacuse I haven't found it anywhere else
  10. Here you go... http://www.jarstore.com/GlassJars.html Nevermind...I'm at work and apparently rushing through the posts lol.
  11. They are a supplier in Illinois. They're pretty pricey on alot of things but their FO prices seem OK. http://www.nuscentscandle.com/
  12. I never hear this supplier mentioned but they actually have a Mimosa (the tree not the drink) FO that I have been looking for. Has anyone tried them? TIA, Kim
  13. I found this while surfing... http://www.nuscentscandle.com/LotionCandleAlert.pdf I personally like the idea and plan on making some for myself!
  14. The Wildberry Mousse is AWESOME and they have the best BNB there is!
  15. Hi Fire, The madison jars are the straight-sided jars with silver lids. http://www.fillmorecontainer.com/product.asp?deptID=3&sku=H3259J&sID=H91S30H9WSEB8KK5M770TH2E7MSC5MNE Shipping is the part that is killing me lol but I can't find a supplier closer so I guess they will have to do for now. Thanks, Kim
  16. Holly, Thanks so much for replying. I forgot to mention the $2 is with lid. I got up the courage and called Anchor today. Even with a 25 case min., the cost is still 11.28 a case. I guess Fillmore is the best I can do until i can fill a warehouse full of them . Thanks again, Kim
  17. Does anyone know of a cheaper supplier for madison jars? Fillmore costs me over $2 per jar after shipping. It's probably the best I will be able to do until I can buy direct but I thought I would ask anyway TIA, Kim
  18. Thanks so much for the reviews. I have been thinking about adding Flickers as a supplier for the Brown Sugar and Fig. I received it in a swap and it is awesome!!! Do you have any favorites from there you would recommend or is this your first order? I would hate to just buy ONE oil lol. TIA, Kim
  19. Oh Wow...Where to start The Short Version Your wick is to big and/or the wrong type of wick for the wax you are using. The Long Short Version Each time you combine wax/FO/dye/additives you are creating a unique fuel to keep your flame going. Each "new fuel" has to be tested to see which wick works best. Some wicks burn hotter than others so you need to find the correct wick to make sure no one burns their house down. Do you know what type of wax you are using?
  20. Yep...it's awesome. I'm soooo glad I tried it!
