    Definitely pre-blends for containers. I have played around with the 1343 for votives and it is fun and you can do lots with it, but I find the scent throw less than desireable for me. But that is JMO.:smiley2:

    I just remembered that before I started making candles, I shelled out like $20 bucks on one the *small* yankee jars for a "rare" Buttermilk Pancakes scent. (Ebay) I got it and it STUNK and had no throw. I could kick myself for that now.:lipsrseal

    I never shake unless my FO has crystalized. And that usually only happens during the colder months.:smiley2:

    They are usually really good about getting right back to you if you email. Karen is always helpful, and you may try posting your questions on the small message board that Cierra has. I've never found a better Candy Corn.

    Every soy/par blend I've ever used has never given me smoking issues. Parrafin waxes such as the J's and 4630, however, smoked like crazy. The blends have always given me clean burns with no smoke or soot. I do believe the throw is a little less than with paraffin, but I would rather have just slightly less throw thank a dirty, smokey, sooty candle.

    I stopped ordering from a company because both times I placed an order, I got my stuff in beat up, used boxes. To me, this doesn't set the tone of your business as "professional." I bought something off of someone on ebay a few months ago, and it came in a beat up cereal box. I won't buy from that seller again.:rolleyes2

    My BL already has some of their halloween stuff out. I went there yesterday and didn't see the pumpkins with the hats yet, but they do have some very large, heavy glass pumpkin jars with lids that would probably make cute candles.
