  1. Holy batmatman, you have the richest looking colored soaps I think I have ever seen. Its not a big secret that electric kiwi is my favorite color in soap, but all out, thank God, since it seemed like I was putting it in everything I made. Awesome job as usual!
  2. mmmm, I love Amazing Grace. Looks so pretty
  3. Has anyone bought the pre colored/scented fizzy bath powers from here? Do you think these would be good for pedicures in a spa chair? How much color do these give off? Thanks in advance.
  4. I would love to have the little bitty mold he has, since the soap is just for me anyway. I really dont like the foam stuff. I tried to do that myself and it was a big mess and ummm, yeah dont put that stuff in the oven:o But it looks like the Togs molds lining fits much better than mine did.
  5. I too, have to admit I like HP a bit better. I hate waiting for my lye to cool down and had a lot of problems with siezing in the last couple batches of CP.
  6. But you still have to eliminate all scent of skin as it can still be smelled by the deer right through the clothing. So the human scent and the clothing scent have to be eliminated totally. My guys use the whole she-bang, the scent eliminating shampoo, soap, deo, sprays. I am not allowed to go with unless I have showered with that stuff, becais of all my hairspray and perfume:o
  7. After doing a lot of research on the subject, I have decided due to cost, its just easier buying the commercial hunters soaps. Anise really is more for fishing as opposed to hunting. Do a google on hunters soaps, ect and maybe one of the commercial sites will pop up and some ingrdients will be listed there. My guys will not use anything hunting related made by me as far as scent elimination goes because of one wrong scent and those deer are gone!
  8. What a lucky person to recieve that. Very cute!
  9. Whoops! It just dawned on me I should have posted this in the candle gallery, I am just used to this section. Sorry!
  10. Just thought I'd give everyone a glimpse of the tarts.
  11. I know I got the 3 in 1 mold that is supposed to hold 3lbs. It overflowed so bad, I had to put the extras in some comtainer to not waste it all. I have used it twice now and both times it was a pain to assemble, the edges were VERY sharp and it took several days to unmold the soap, and I am way too impatient to wait that long. The only bonus of it, it is very easy to wash up.
  12. Didnt want to hijack the tallow thread, but just realised rifle season for deer hunting starts Sat. and being my family is big into hunting, I will be up to my neck in deer "stuff". I guess I should just google, but does anyone know a site that give tips or pointers on rendering deer tallow. I'm not gonna lie, I dont even know what rendering is:p I also hear deer tallow is fantastic, so why not try it right?
  13. WOWZA! You got some amazing colors and swirls going on. Just beautiful. Cant wait to see them cut
  14. If anyone bought one of these and can remember how much you paid for one of them can you please pm me. I think mine is is going up for sale.
  15. Hmmm. this soap looks familiar. Oh, thats right I was a tester too:p This is some really good stuff. It last forever and my skin felt oh so clean.
  16. Very Purdy Sharon! I really like the layered peppermint/spearmint
  17. I have been putting mine on the lid since it fits so well, but when someone sends jars in swaps and has the labels on the jars, I like it much better. I think retail wise, it is easier to see on the jar.
  18. I have tried several different kinds and I keep going back to these from WSP. The are pretty inexpensive and if you add a shrink wrap seal, they are snug. But I like the looks of these jars more than anything. I have used these in swaps and always get pm's on where i got them. http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/StoreCategory.aspx?CatalogID=9&GroupID=550&CategoryID=1653&CategoryName=Natural+Classic+Jars
  19. GEEESH, must be nice to have talent for swirls(Can you tell I'm jealous) Looking awesome!!!
  20. My body butter always has olive oil in it. Sometimes I add SAO, FCO and my new favorite is Manoi de Tahiti. I have never used plain coconut oil befor in it though.
  21. Now I really like that idea of having a soak, scrub and lotion all in one container.
