    Just happen to be walking down the isle next to Cascade, was sitting either a 1 or 2 lb jar of citric acid, BUT it was 18.96. I remember buying it a few years back, but I am thinking it was only $5-6. Even in a pinch, that is WAY too much

    Oh, yours turned out MUCH better than mine did. I would never recommend using poster board like my instructions said, way too flimsy. The box look. much sturdier. Lookin Good!

    Love the first one the best, but I just love the color lime. I can see the girl in the last picture. That is really cool.

    Thats a decision your going to have to make on your own. I personally like making my own, so I can call it my own recipe, however it can be very expensive too. I have only tried a pre made base once and hated it, but I am sure there are great bases too.

    Mine definalty hardens up and really isnt whipped anymore. I just never knew if I was doing it wrong, but people seem to love it.

    Holy batman, how did you ever get 4 colors mixed that fast. If I ever do more than 2, I have cement. Electric Kiwi is my favorite. Gotta love those select shades.

    I voted butter as well. In my opinion, it just last longer. I love making the butters too.

    I know I have bought citric acid at Walmart in the past, but it was at our old store in the laundry isle. They have since built a huge super center, so I would think they would carry it too. Anyone seen it at your Walmart, or any other ideas other than online.

    .What kind of colorants do you use? Thats my other concern that I dont stain the whirlpool tub.

    Dead sea salt, yes thaaats what I meant. I am just trying to figure out if they dissolve in hot water.

    After figuring out somewhat how to make the foat soaks I am aiming for, I am a little confused on coloring the products. Would I use mics/pigments or liqiuid soap colorants like Select shades?
