    I always order one pound bottles and have only gotted the whilte flip tops once. They came seperately bagged. I think though they do offer them for sale. I don't like the flip tops though. I got FO in the eyeball once.

    I would call the company and let them know. They are responsible for getting you the product that you bought in the proper condition.

    My wax went up in July and I just called in an order and the guy told me it will go up again in october. He said last year he would order 1 semi a month of wax so far this year he has only order 2 for whole year!!! business is bad all around!!!!!

    Yep you would mark your candle as the weight of the wax.

    I always decorate using my company colors. For fall I will add a few fall things and I have a "seasonal" section that is just for that stuff that I it decorate it all up.

    I use the cutter more as a mold. Pouring directly into the cutter. Wait till its hard then release it. I use a heat gun to heat up the candle mold and stick in the embed. Then when I pour my wax I pour cool like at 150 and using a wet towel I hold it to the outside of the mold to keep the embed from sliding down. HTHs
