  1. Most times it will be in the UPS system by the end of the night, I have it happan all the time, it is just not showing yet.
  2. Patchouli is one of my top sellers but I think most people want it in soap, lotion bars, sprays or roll-ons, I don't know if Body Butter is the right medium for it. But who knows. You could try making something else. It smells awesome in CP soap, especially after the person using it get out of the shower
  3. that is gorgeous, the swirls are perfect. Karma was a huge seller for me this weekend, it smells so gooooood
  4. and from what I remember the company that makes the gelee bath has very strict trademark rules about trying to duplicate their product...not like I ever thought that would stop anyone LOL The lady on ebay is selling it and they are buying her $5.95 bars as well. I used to sell a lot of soap on ebay, but only loafs but then last year so many people started throwing their stuff on so I stopped, I actually have retained some regular customers from ebay and they now buy from my site.
  5. those baskets look awesome...great job!
  6. from my research, it is a chemical that numbs the eye...although, I have never had no tears products actually produce no tear so I stopped using them a very long time ago before I started making my own products
  7. Looks yummy, love the color, your color went all the way thru nice...is it the Lush dupe?
  8. I have soaped JS Mimosa Mandarin, it did not discolor, in fact, it soaped beautifully for me, I used a water discount and soaped warm... HTH
  9. OMG...that is more than the product itself, I would throw a big stinking fit and call my CC company if they do charge that. You could have rented a private jet to come over and get you your stuff LOL
  10. Robin, thats what I was thinking, either leave out the SM or sub it for more of another ingredient...I think I am adding this to my to do list
  11. I sell 100% whipped shea butter with EO or FO for $10.00, I cannot keep it in stock in the fall and winter months, just started making it again since it is cooler out. Of course, since it is whipped I have to put 2 oz in 4oz jars but I do label it as 2 oz as required...
  12. I got some from Jenny and can't wait to try it...
  13. I sell my soaps for $5 but have a price break for 3/$12 and 5/$20, the last 2 allow for $4 a bar. I sell a lot of 5/$20, and have some people buy 10 for $40. Just you special is for odd numbers not even, it is a marketing thing, the brain is intrigued with odd numbers Good Luck:D
  14. Oh, thanks Robin, I haven't seen you around for a while, so good to hear from you:cheesy2:
  15. So how do you soak these w/o wasting FO, I bought some of the clothespins thinking I would like to make some for my car etc but how will I soak them w/o using a ton of FO?
  16. Ok, I have been running low on Shea, was getting it from CF but theres has not been consistant when I make Whipped Shea Butter. So today a wholesale account calls to place an order for Whips and don't you know I have been meaning to order from some other suppliers to test consistancy etc but like always don't scramble until it is ABSOLUTELY necessary:( So I decide to buy from OBN, heard a lot of good things about them plus they are in Ohio, I am in KY, just not close enough to pick it up. My wholesale account likes the refined shea butter so I purchased the Extra Refined, has anyone used this grade and how did it whip if used in butters? Nothing like coming and asking after I made the purchase:D TIA
  17. I have had mine in 90 degree weather and they held up great, just keep out of direct sun
  18. We usually have our tables on outside so customers don't have to come in and it does better, customers don't feel like you are going to trap them then, (tried the other way), but there are several shows we do which we have the reverse set-up and it works but they are in a different area than most of our shows BTW....it looks great
  19. Those were old boxes, the new priority boxes are marked on the inside with the USPS logo etc...just so you don't try and get busted:D
  20. Awesome set-up, it looks like it was probably not a very big show anyway...I would, personally, take all my product to my next show, you never know, the next one you might get slammed, also, a well stocked booth is inviting to customer....JMO GREAT JOB
  21. Top them off with more base and once it starts to harden hit with a heat gun to meld the original base and the topped off base together, otherwise the topped off base with just fall of when you roll it up. BTW, I find the tubes much more practical, and yes the pots look nice, especially those English style at MMS:Dbut I prefer to make and sell the tubes. I want the oval tubes next
  22. No, it does not smell like play dough to me, but that being said I cannot describe what it smells like
