  1. but I don't know what it is! It says "natural" on it and I think it might be the feathered pillar wax from Candlewic because I bought a bunch at one time. Should I just melt and pour into a votive holder to see what it turns out like to figure it out?
  2. Liquid soybean oil or solid shortening type soybean?
  3. What ingredient is missing then? What do you think the FBB did? I get creamy silky feeling using sugar in my water.
  4. I've never done this with votives or containers, but always with pillars
  5. fancycandlejars.com These are thinner than the libby though
  6. Robin, they used little wooden balls or letters of H and C. Or you could even find the tiny little handles. I saw pic's of those and they were very cute
  7. I think I got mine in less than 2 weeks. But I know someone that waited a couple of months.
  8. I wasn't in this swap but I thought it was a BB scent too. Did you try Tony's?
  9. I'm actually one who likes to rebatch. I've been known to make a CP just to rebatch it. And yes, it does still need to cure.
  10. I find it drying, which is why I make my own :highfive:
  11. No it doesn't. I did a workshop and showed the ladies how to make this using stuff in their kitchen. Went over real well. Now you may find the turbinado sugar may be a bit scratchy. I like it, but others might not. If this doesn't help you may want to look into making/buying an emulisified scrub. Good luck! I love making scrubs.
  12. My husband bought me the big honking one for Christmas. I told him the 12" is fine but he thought bigger is better Still haven't used it yet
  13. An easy one is brown sugar, raw turbinado sugar (you CAN leave this out if too scratchy) and some oil (olive, sunflower, AKO). Since it's just for you you don't have to use preservatives and make in very small batches
  14. http://www.conniescandles.com/colorssupplies.html Scroll down to the bottom of this link. You'll see a miter box and soap cutter for $3.00. I've got 2 of these and they are fantastic, especially for the prict.
  15. Good luck! I've tried and tried to find one too but finally gave up
  16. I'll check into the smaller ones. The larger ones are too big for me.
  17. Wow, where did you find those? I might do a co-op on them. Please PM me the info
  18. Coffee Butter is awesome. I haven't used it yet but I've got a couple of pounds of it. YUMMY stuff. Black Cocoa Butter is a new one too. I make a chocolate sugar scrub with this. Another YUMMY
  19. Here's another angle! I use the silk amino acid powder in my lotions and things. Never thought about using it in soap.
  20. I'm not Glo but I tried to search for a pic for you. They are silverware drawer organizers so you'll find them in the kitchen section. Not all K-Mart carries them though
