These are the cutest glasses. Hot pink with hearts on them. Hoping I can master them then try to sell them as a set for a wedding or bridal shower. Something along those lines.

I got 5 dozen really cute pink shot glasses at a yard sale over the weekend. I am thinking of pouring candles in them (4627) has anyone successfully made shot glass candles? I have tried searching the forums with no luck...

Aztec is having their candle making convention July 25th and 26th. Anyone going? I plan too even though the hubby is yelling it's a waste of money. He just doesn't get it! LOL

I have mixed these two 50/50 with good results. But am always looking for something better lol.

What paraffin do you have that is in flake form?

I always just hit mine with a heat gun. I hardly ever over pour on mine but if I do and it cracks I just use a heat gun. I have never had a problem, I use straight 464.

I thint the 10 to 16 would be to big. I am working with 4627 right now and trying to double or triple wick 10 Oz apothecary jars. I have tried two lx 10 but they drown out, now I'm testing two cd 7's and trying to triple wick with zinc wicks...I have tested more just don't have my notes in front of me this morning lol

What jar are you using Crvella?

OK, so I know this wax is a nightmare to wick so what do I do I decided to try a new jar and double or triple wick them and I am failing miserably at this point. Anyone have a wick recommendation for double or triple wicking 10 oz apothecary jars? I should say I am not asking for exact sizes just a series of wicks. I have tried three lx 10 but they drown out three lx 8 tunneled since the 10 drowned out I figure the 12's would too, RRD no matter the size smoke like crazy, CD's I am still playing with some, zinc just don't throw well in my opinion for this wax. Ugh any help would be appreciated. I am not beyond using one of the series if someone can give me a better starting point. I have tried more just don't have my notes in front of me...

I love the 4627 for my containers and for mixing to soften other waxes. I just feel like I need to try more incase I find something I love even more. My husband say's I have a problem lol.

I have used the 1343 before, forgot to mention that. I like it, just wanting to try some different things and see what the results are. I have read great things about the 4625 so I am sure that is one I will try to play with. Thank you!

Trying to pick new paraffin wax's out to play with for pillars, votives and melt but having trouble deciding. To bad I am not rich enough to just buy them all! Any help will be greatly appreciated. I just can't decide. Will to buy up to 4 to test but just don't know where to start. Already have 4794 though. TIA

I drive to pick up my wax it's around 150 one way but gas is so much cheaper than shipping.
