Kitn
They are beautiful. Did you use a vanilla stabilizer with the pink sugar?
comfortscents
love that pink also...every mfg Pink Sugar that I've purchased has a yellow cast to it, I can never get a pretty pink on my finished product but yours looks great...what colorant did you use? soapgirl10
Thanks for all of the nice compliments:) I use Pink Sugar from soapsupplies.netI also used some titanium dioxide and the fluorescent pink pop mica from TKB. The last batch I made did turn a little beige around the edges but didn't get dark at all. So far this is the best color batch I have made. I added the pink sugar crystals to the tops. I don't know much about the vanilla stabilizer and worry that it might do harm to someone's skin. Not much info about it that I can find. Have a great evening everyone:yay:

8-GRAN-ONES
i have used VS...I have not been inpressed with it at all..and my soaps still turned a little dark on the edges..and it smelled different than the same fo made without useing VS..Also..I had about 1/2 bottle left..and had not used it in quite awhile..i was going to put some things on classies..and opened the bottle to weight..when i took off the cap...the smell just exploded out of the bottle..and it was the worst smell you could imagine...it hurt my throut, when i breathed it in...so that right there scared me...and it had been kept in a cool dark closet.. I use the pink sugar fo from soapsupplies.net It's a great seller! It pretty much stays pink even after curing. Maybe a little beige around the edges.
