I did a search but couldnt come up with anything.... probably cause it dont matter --- but for those of you that do shows or have shops/booths, do you have coffee grounds available to clear the sniffer?

Even more precise - do you prefer grounds or beans?

I use Coffee Beans.

And if you ever forget the coffee beans, have the customer just sniff the sleeve of their shirt. That cleanses their sniffer, also.

I have them in a brown paper bag with a twist tie closer so the don't overpower my booth

I have whole beans. I put them in tins with a cute label on top with and elephant that says, "clear your sniffer". Most people know what they are and look for them.

I was in a candle store today and they had coffee beans in a 4oz JJ w/ a smelly jelly lid...I thought that was cute.:smiley2:

I prefer beans to ground because I'm clumsy. It's easier to clean up beans than grounds.

Hi,

I use coffee beans. I put them either in a nice jar with the daisy lid or I cut a piece of tulle in a circle, load it with coffee beans and tie it off with a ribbon. If you go to the perfume section of the dept. stores that will give you an idea of how to package the coffee beans, because that is what they use.

Thankx for all the replies, I'll try to think of something crafty and use the beans -- they do sound easier for clean up and in craft malls I cant imagine they'd like it much to have that to clean up.

If you use beans and they get old, where you can't smell them anymore, just grind them up and use the grounds, grinding will release the oils inside of the bean. Then use these grounds for your new sniffer container.

I keep my coffee sniffers in sealed jars. That way the coffee scent lasts longer. I also change my beans about 3-6 months so their strong enough to work.

I use beans in a glass spice jar I got at Cost plus world market. It has the shaker top so I didn't have to worry about spilling.
