  2. What perfect soaps for Valentine's Day
  3. I like the colorful swirls in the clothes line fresh ones
  4. I didn't realize that TP could be so creative
  5. I bet the kids will really like those soaps
  6. Pumpkin seed oil helps the skin maintain its moisture. It would probably make a lovely lotion because of the antioxidants it has, but I was in a soaping mood. I'm toying of making a salad dressing or dipping oil with some of the pumpkin seed oil: a little basamic (or cider) vinegar, pumpkin seed oil, olive oil, a little garlic, onion, rosemary and such. Cooking destroys the essential fatty acids.
  7. Wow, MissMori, you're ambitious to be testing all those fos. It sounds fun and exhausting at the same time. I did one batch of soap for the V-Day swap with virgin pumpkin seed oil and olive oil. I wanted it to be pink, but didn't account for the green oils. :rolleyes2 Now, I'm tempted to do a just-for-me, over-the-top soap with mango and shea butter. My skin is so dry during the winter.
  8. Beautiful swirls. The colors look great for the soap.
  9. Congratulations on your new addiction. Your soap looks great.
  10. Well, I soaped homegrown tomato puree and a local veggie stand cornsilk. I'll have to admit eyeing some leftover mashed potatoes, but decided to pass on that. Just thought of another addition to soapmaking - soymilk coffee creamer. It added a nice finish to the lather.
  11. Sometimes I'll remove a portion of soap before adding the fragrance oil. Then, I'll swirl the unscented part with the scented for a lighter color swirl.
  12. Grate/Great-looking soaps. (Sorry that's a little too pun-y but I couldn't help myself.) I like how the soap turned out. Your work sure made a good-looking soap.
  13. The second picture is alot easier for me to see. Your soap goes nicely with the style of the stamp.
