Blending Peppermint

Recommended Posts

I was wondering if I could get some suggestions for blends using Peppermint that I have a lot of and want to use up?

I was thinking so far:

Peppermint Pine

Peppermint Chocolate

Maybe Peppermint/Pine/And some Vanilla??

Maybe Peppermint Pine and Sugar Cookie or Cake?

I thought I had some Eucalyptus (can't stand that scent).  Would probably go.

Any suggestions other than what I was thinking about would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks....................Trappeur

Peppermint and eucalyptus are great together (provided each is nice independently of course). I sell a load of that blend in soap.

I also use peppermint with spearmint and rosemary. It’s a double mint rosemary. It is a strong contender too.

chocolate with peppermint is a peppermint patty.

a whiff of sweet peppermint with the right tobacco is surprisingly good.

A sweet peppermint mint on its own makes a nice candy cane.

Oh Sarah!   I like that combo.  I could see it!  Actually I just made up a dozen lavender/vanilla candles to go to a shop.   When I come back I'm going to do this combo.  I love it!    Thanks!

Ok, so what could I name this?

Great TT!

I have eucalyptus and spearmint - maybe do that.....geesh now thats going to be one heck of a tingly scent if you ask me....

Now I do have rosemary...tha't's another good one.   In fact one shop I sell to, that would be right up her alley.

Thanks.

I mix peppermint with sooo many things -

Peppermint with Dragon's Blood - call it Dragons' Breath

Peppermint with Snow Witch (a piney scent)

Peppermint with Apple and Orchard

Peppermint with Vanilla

Peppermint with Apple Blossom

Peppermint with Pink Sugar

Peppermint seems to go with a lot of things, you just need to get the combo right, because it can be an overpowering scent.

I think peppermint and lavender would be a nice spa type mix. Or peppermint and a light floral like rose or lilac.

Well, I would call it something like Stress Less, or Pure Pleasure. 😊

But if you wanted to call attention to the mint, it could be something like Soothing Mint, or Magical Mint Garden.

Or you could focus on the spa type quality and call it Spa Day, or Refresh and Relax... Lots of possibilities there. They could all apply to TT's suggested blend with the eucalyptus and rosemary too. Heck, I'd blend all of it together and see what happens! 😄
