vberkesch
Hi all! I love glittering the top of my soaps, but have trouble controlling how much goes on when I shake it from the container. What do you all use to apply glitter EVENLY to the tops of your soaps? Thanks, Vanessa
Jcandleattic
I use shakers I get from AH/RE and just try to go evenly. Some people use those puffers (not sure what they are called)

Candybee
For me the best way is to get a pinch of glitter with my thumb and forefinger and sprinkle that way. It's the only I have found so far that evenly sprinkles where and how much I want without those glitter clumps. When I buy the glitter I just pour it into these lidded plastic containers I saved. Makes it easier to reach in and 'pinch' the glitter I need.

Candybee
Speaking of glitter, has anyone tried the glitter dust from AH/RE on CP soap? http://rusticescentuals.com/Glitter/ I love the color choices and the prices are low. Have been looking for a pink glitter and they have 2 shades of pink.

TallTayl
Dunno.... I use a small scoop to add a small amount of mica and/or glitter, then lightly tap or open/close the jaws to make it flow.

8-GRAN-ONES
actually I have all of their pinks..Sometime I like mixing the diffrent colors on top of soap and sometimes I will just put in a little bit of gold and it really makes it dimensional and makes it pretty..

Crystal Daze
I have salt and pepper shakers and put the colours in them i just bought a large rotatable rack with spice jars 15 jars i think ,so i can store more that way. I usually ended up with glitter all over the place trying other methods.
