blt212
I didn't start off renaming scents but am trying to do so going forward. With that said, any good names come to mind for Fillmore's Nutmeg Ginger. I am so bad at coming up with good names. Appreciate the help! Guest OldGlory
To me it smells like spice cake.
Candybee
I like spice cake! It makes me think of ginger cream or milk.

debele
It reminds me of Pumpkin Souffle from CS.
blt212
I just got out the Pumpkin Souffle and did a side by side OOB experience and Debele you're right, they are very similar. Which is somewhat unfortunate since I already have Pumpkin Souffle in my line.....however I ordered 2 lbs of Nutmeg Ginger so I guess I'll be adding it regardless.. Guest OldGlory
I am getting a LOT of mileage out of Fillmore's Nutmeg & Ginger as a mixer. This FO throws beautifully in 464, so if you have something that just needs a little sweet, spicy, warm boost add this. You would be surprised what you can add it to! moonshine
I haven't gotten around to it but I wanted to mix this with apple and pumpkin for Apple pie and pumpkin pie - it so strong alone and I love strong but this one for me needs to be tamed! LolEven a blackberry or a pear would be good mixed with it
Candybee
OG you and I think a lot alike! I love using it for a mixer. I mix it with BW Honey Gingerbread. I know I mixed it with a pumpkin and a brulee but don't remember which oils I used. Its very versatile as a mixer! Just don't ever, ever, use it in soap! (Ask me how I know!) Candybee
Brought up this thread because I am finding I am in the same boat. I want to rename nutmeg ginger because I don't think the name gives it justice. I like warm autumn spice but need a few more ideas Warm Autumn SpiceAutumn SplendorMrs. Claus CookiesChristmas Cottage CookiesChristmas BakeshopAutumn Harvest SpiceNutmeg Spiced ChutneySanta's Village Bakeshop Any other suggestions are welcome. Or just vote which one you like best. I want an autumn/fall or Christmas theme name. I am still leaning towards the Warm Autumn Spice.. moonshine
Love warm autumn spice! I don't feel nutmeg ginger is a good name either - actually may keep a lot of people from even trying to smell it
Candybee
I ended up calling it Warm Autumn Spice. The name fits perfect for a fall candle line!
Guest OldGlory
I think it would also sell as Home for the Holidays.
Candybee
I have Home for the Holidays and call it Holiday Gathering.
Belinda
I think y'all are all right about the name. I love it but haven't sold much of it. Maybe if I change the name it would sell better!
