    Stella - tried that - Stickum stuck to jar, could not peel off even after heating.. 20 Cases of picking at the stickem would have driven me to drink!! LOL Deb- I tried that first.. Usually pulls right off, but not this time. I swear they used cement as the glue on the stickums this time!! Never had an issue like this before!! Thanks for the help! Rubbing alcohol removes it nice and easy. I let it soak, the glue dissolves and easy to lift stickum off bottom of jar!! !

    OK.. After I posted this in a panic and calmed down I bit..... I pulled out some witch hazel and rubbing alcohol. I put enough in the bottom of the jars to cover the stickum and base. I let it soak a few minutes then took a scredriver and pried it off the bottom of the jar. WHEW.. Now will let it dry and hit it with the heat gun to get any moisture out of the jar. I would suggest to anyone else that finds themselves with the same problem to use the rubbing alcohol. I forgot about the funky odor that hazel has.. YUCK...

    My helper wicked about 20 cases of jars with the wrong wicks and I do not use this jar and wick combination for any of my candles. I tried to heat gun the jar and pull off the wick/stickum, but of course this time the stickums are sticking like cement on the bottom of my jar. Any tips or tricks out there to get these off? Is there liquid I can pour in the bottom of the jar so they can soak and come off. They are in a jar that I really can't get my hand in to pick them off either! Thanks.

    I wash my Work clothes separately from all our other stuff in the machine. No problems. But I do get off as much wax as possible before putting them in. Like the freezer idea, but I could only imagine my kids finding my pants and shirt in the freezer when they go into it to get a snack!!

    Totally exhausted. I just bought a king size heating pad that I use everyone night on my shoulders and back. My muscles are so sore from pouring and lifting all day!! OMG.. I am getting old..... santalol

    If you are dye free, then no need to worry about the frosting issue as another poster said. Pack it up, you will be fine.

    Fillmore has one called Daffodil - It smells like a green meadow. Very nice grass scent with VERY soft notes of floral. IMHO The HT and CT are excellent!

    I do not smell this overwhelming spice/nutmeg you speak of. But you know what you want, so keep up the journey and when you find it, please let us know because I would love to test it!

    I had to pull it out and burn one after this thread. So I am burning one now and it smells like Lemon Pound Cake. OOB I can smell the biscotti note, but not when burning. Goes to show everyone's nose is different.

    That is so funny yours smells like biscotti.. Mine is definitely pasty. I had bought a pound of the oil I am selling mine on my sale shelves a lemon pound cake because it smells like pastry and not a hint of biscotti.

    FMC"S Cold throw is very good, but can't get a good hot throw with this one. To me this one could pass as lemon pound cake! I did try Berts a long while back, and I don't think FMC's is a dupe to it. Bert's had more of a burnt smell to me. I did not care for it.

    I use the box they came in, place bubble wrap in it, put divider back in, then candles. Then I bubble wrap the outside of the box and ship it in a larger box surrounded with packaging peanuts, paper or more bubble wrap.

    I would have shipped it back! Poor customer service and dirty product is unacceptable. From what I am reading they don't seem to care. There are so many other great suppliers out there that care about their customers that I would never give that supplier my business again. Due to your posting here and how others have had problems. I will never order from them.
