  2. What price do you sell your soy votives? I make my votives without the glass votive holder but may add those in the future. Prices for both votives with and without the holder would be appreciated.
  3. I have been using 36-24-24 and 44-24-18c self centering pre tabbed wicks with all natural vegetable wax coating for votives from M.G. supplies. I am searching for another supplier. I have located these sizes from other suppliers but not with the soy/veggie coating. Anyone know of a supplier for these?

  9. I also own these dyes and I am very pleased with them. I have purchased many dyes from several different companies and the Peacock dyes require drops compared to the large amounts I had to use from the other companies to get the same effect. Just my opinion.
  10. I think they both look cool! Before I started reading post here by people commenting that their swirls didn't go completely to the bottom I just assumed that was done intentionally. I thought that was how they were supose to look. So I agree it makes it have a mystical look.
  11. Those are fabulous darlin! I think they look perfect as they are. Infact I think they look better without the orange!!!
  12. Considering the information covered about bath salts and oils combining and possibly making a glue. http://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18995&highlight=salt+glue I was wondering if this is strickly a problem with using salt. If you sub. pumice or sugar in a recipe with oils and the ingredients needed for making a scrub would the same thing possibly happen or is this strickly a problem with salts, oils and minerals in the water?
  13. The information with the Foaming Bath Butter I have state to add a preservative if you add salt or sugar to use as a scrub. The preservative they suggest is LiquaPar Optima Preservative. I only have Phenonip, can I use it as a sub. for the LiquaPar?
  14. I wonder if you could shred some soap like with a peeler and sprinkle over the top and that would give you the look of coconut? Tea, I am glad that you mentioned the humidity being a problem with botanicals. I have made several soaps with botanicals and they all turn brown. The rose petals were the worse! I never considered the high humidty here being the problem.
  15. I know first hand how little ones will put just about anything into their mouth:tongue2: ! I have seen warnings on products using small parts that has info. on what age the product is not appropriate for. I haven't a clue where to locate if there is a rule concerning labeling for products and age use for children. I looked on several of the sites concerning label laws but I can't find any info. on this topic.
