  1. So very pretty! Those are the colors that I want to use in my kitchen. If you ever teach a soap making class I would like t be the first to sign up!
  2. Wow! That's a lot of work. Very beautiful!
  3. Your work is beautiful. What a special friend you are! I had to gasp when I read the prayer. My Grandmother taught me that prayer when I was very young. I haven't heard it in many years. Brings back happy memories.
  4. Fabulous! I have never been able to get a nice dark black in my cp.
  5. I always love to see your work! You are so creative:smiley2:
  6. You do such an amazing job! They are too pretty to burn:smiley2:
  7. I am not pleased with them in soy and parasoys. I have tried many of them and it is a big hit or miss. Once I have to add more then 8% FO to any wax to get a light throw it isn't an oil I keep. I find them to be very weak. Many out of the bottle seem very watered down. I've purchased two sample packs and I had maybe one out of each pack that gave me a really good throw.
  8. Well, I tried the CSN wicks and didn't get results that I was pleased with so I tried other wicks. Maybe I just haven't tested the right size yet but the CD and CDN wick always give me an uneven melt pool. I think it is because the wick bends to help prevent mushrooming. Stella has good luck with them, I'll have to try a few sizes smaller than usual and see if that helps.
  9. I tested double wicking with 2 CSN 7 wicks in a larger tumbler. The flame was not as high but I got a full melt pool in less than 1 hour(more like 30 min) and my container was extremely hot. Mine wasn't a rectangle container, don't know if that makes any difference or not.
  10. So it's not just me that has this problem! The height of this flame doesn't sit well with me at all. IMO it's not safe! I poured some of the palm pillar wax I have into a container just out of curiosity. The flame wasn't as tall but it also didn't adhear to the sides of the glass. After a week or so I could just slide it right out of the container. Good luck Stella, if anyone can get this wax to burn correctly I bet it will be you!
  11. I have had results like this with every FO I have tested. I have also had wicks that drowned or just tunnel when I test smaller sizes. I haven't tried the CSN 11 or 12.
