    I realize it's not very organized, that was after a day of people picking them up, smelling them, looking them over, etc.

    A little glimpse of what I used to do. This was last September, at the local festival. It was the first one I ever worked. I was totally a newbie at it. It was hotter than blazes, and I sat there for four solid days for 13 hours a day. LOL. Hope the pictures are okay, just thought I would post a bit of what I used to do. THanks for looking. ETA: The bottom picture is some partially done gift baskets that I did for a contest.

    In making candles, I used a fish fryer, a huge pot of water and melting pots in that to heat and mix my waxes. I notice that many of you use presto pots and such. Explain to me how you do this? Do you only heat the wax, and then put it into something else to color and scent it? How does this work for you? Do you mix it in the presto pot? If so, isn't that a pain to clean out? Thanks!

    Seriously, I had to just like, run the gun over it, about a foot away from it, just quickly passing it over the package. That seemed to be what worked best for me. Just keep doing that until it was how you wanted it.

    Well, I am pretty satisfied with Peaks, but I was wondering how Lone Star would be with the waxes, if shipping would even be any cheaper, kwim?

    What do you think of them? They are close to me, *Well, if you can call 8 hours close, but it's the CLOSEST, lol* and I am wondering how their service is, their waxes, etc?

    I would say that her quality is suffering for her cheaper price. It used to piss me off so badly when people would come to me, and tell me that my prices were too high on stuff. Well, such and such is selling candles for ____ price. Ugh.
