  1. Gorgeous sites!! So glad someone suggested this!!!
  2. Oh wow!! Thanks!! I had no idea, it had been several months since I had been there.
  3. King House Candle Supplies? I used to order Peach from them and Orange Dreamsicle. I went there yesterday, after I recommended their peach to someone on this board, and the site is gone. Did they change site names? Go out of business? Does anyone know?
  4. J223 was always the best and easiest for me. For me, it was like you couldn't screw it up. *well, you can, of course, but I loved it, and it seems super easy to work with* I started out with container candles, because to me, also, just MO, they were the easiest to do For the pillars, I love the 4625, and the mottling wax. Good luck!
  5. I think a lot of people use those tubes, I think that there is some pictures of them in the coop forum.
  6. Well, I think that they look beautiful.
  7. King House Candle Supply has an AMAZING peach. Everyone loved it.
  8. Thanks! I called them this morning, and they were great, somehow my paypal had slipped through the cracks. They thought they had sent it, but hadn't. Now I'm just waiting for that shipping notification!! :yeah!!!!!
  9. My father is the BEST at this. He thinks that it is brainless and mindless. He buys gel at auctions and makes candles with it. They just dump it in a pan, put it in the stove, melt it, and put a wick in it that they buy from walmart. Sometimes he plops in some fragrance from Walmart too. They always yank the wick straight after it's cooled a bunch. It's hideous.
  10. I placed an order from South at the end of the week, also, and haven't heard from them either. I emailed them. We'll see.
  11. I wanted to make the crackle effect that I see on this site. I followed the instructions that I saw on a post in the gallery. I boiled the water, took it off of the heat source, dipped it in for 20 seconds, and put it in ice water. It didn't crackle, at all. What did I do wrong? The wax is 4625 wax.
  12. Waiting on some stuff from Bittercreek, so that I can make a bunch of soaps. Plan on making some bath jelly today.
  13. There's also that confetti soap that you can do. I can't remember who posted it in what forum, but it is cool
  14. Dispute the charge with your credit card company File a complaint with the BBB on that site, or whoever would handle something like that.
  15. Let me tell you, it is STRONG. But, OMG. I do NOT like it personally. But, I have to give it a rave review for throw.
  16. You are totally living my dream right now. GREAT job!!!!!
  17. Help!! I am making a sugar scrub, and a bath jelly for the festival in town, for 20 16-18 year old girls who are participating in a contest. I have made them, for personal use, and like them, but my problem is that I want to package them cheaply and cutely, so that they look nice. What do you recommend packaging them in so that they are looking good? It is the bath jelly from this site, and a brown sugar scrub. PLease help!!! I have to get whatever I am going to use, ordered quickly, because it is in two weeks. Thanks!!!
  18. Oh man, that is hideous. I hope you took pictures of the mess, and sent them to him, to show him what it looked like.
