    An fyi about their Vanilla Sandalwood, I don't care for it nearly as well as the one at BCN, the AH/RE one smells mainly like vanilla & cedar to me, it doesn't have the soft, musky bottom notes that the BNL Sandalwood Vanilla does! Jmho! :tiptoe:

    Same with me! I got the announcement on July 11 about the new scents and the upcoming sale, but nada about the sale starting!

    Oob it smells perfumier than I expected, but I'm waiting to see how it smells when I get it in wax, I'll let you know~

    Mike, the only dupes for Philosophy scents that I've seen labeled as such are for Amazing Grace and/or Falling in Love, I have yet to run across a FO for any of their foody scents. I hths!

    Have you tried the BnL Queen of the Nile? The BCN website says it's a oatmeal, milk & honey scent on steroids! GAH! Now that I've read the description I want to order some!

    Like I NEED any encouragement! Before anyone had even answered this thread I'd gotten in on the patch pre-buy and ordered at least a half dozen of the other MoonWorks FOs to try, and as your fellow enabler SingleYellowRose pointed out I'd be kicking myself if I didn't order one of each! As it turns out that is indeed the case, I wish I'd gotten some of the Merlin's Forest and a few more!

    Has anyone tried both this FO and the BCN Sandalwood Vanilla? If so, are they at all similar? I absolutely adore the Sandalwood Vanilla and if the Earthen Oak is close then I guess I don't need both, or since I'm a FOHO do I?

    I've read a lot of older posts on this board about how Starville has the best Creme Brule FO in the universe, but I don't see a link to their site under the Supplier Abbreviations above. Are they flakey about filling orders or is it just an inadvertent omission? They have an Applewood FO that I'd like to try and I would like to see what all the fuss is about with their Creme Brule, but if they're one of the bad companies that doesn't respond to their customers and takes 3 months to fill an order then I wouldn't want to order from them. Any feedback would be appreciated! TIA!

    I haven't tried that one yet. It's weird, maybe it's because I have too easy access to them but I've only bought a fraction of my overall FO purchases there. I know their products are good and I've only ever had great service from them, I get my wax and containers from them but I sort of keep searching "out there" for THE perfect scents.
