  1. Frustrating, I know. I hope you either get your order soon, or are able to perhaps cancel it in time w/o an extra charge.
  2. Before you do that...read their customer care section...."Notifying us that an order needs to be cancelled is not a guarantee that we will be able to retrieve the order if it has already been processed. It is best if you can email us detailing the transaction (include your name, company name, address, and order number) and we will confirm if we are able to cancel your order. All credit card transactions that have already been processed will be given in store credit to use at a later time. You will receive a confirmation number and code at the time of cancellation. If we are not able to cancel your order and it does ship, you can refuse the package at time of delivery. If you refuse the package, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges both directions on that order, and store credit less the 20% restocking fee will be issued for the merchandise when it is returned to us."
  3. @ leigha...I've never ordered from them before, but reading thru their customer care page w/their shipping policies...looks like they take alot longer to ship out with custom items like embeds, (says up to 30 days...which seems long to me, but it's their policy) & I see you have an embed in your order. Hopefully they will answer you soon here....says they only want customers to contact them via e-mail too. Personally, I would have at least contacted you to let you know a rough estimate when to expect your order to go out. But, I don't know if they are overwhelmed with orders or other things?????? Please keep us updated. Really don't think it's a scam, though.
  4. This fella sure has been busy*shudder* Takes all kinds.
  5. I'm with you Ravens....up around 4 or so, but I have some java & by 5 usually start the wax stuff :-)
  6. Excellent! You did the right thing...
  7. I agree with Wessex. You did all you could to correct the mistake & build goodwill...sounds like you are a top notch business!
  8. Actually, I appreciate it...they are super fast too! Great company.
  9. Oh my goodness....I remember those....bought some of those in a Hallmark Store 20 plus years ago...I always loved that scent. Just brought me back in time. :rolleyes2 Not helping here, sorry, just reminiscing.
  10. You want a kick your butt Fresh Cut Grass? WSP. I had carried it & it was too strong for many ....but there is a group of my customers that can't get enough.
  11. I use a soyblend & these are excellent suppliers..as well as soooooo many others....have to just try a few to see what you prefer..it is addicting:-)
  12. I use the poly zip or resealable bags as well. They work nicely.
  13. I guess I missed all the drama...oh well.

    wood roses

Am curious about the same thing...have been receiving samples of these from NG...actually a clever idea. I leave one on my desk at work & it has a strong throw.. not sure how they would sell though.
  15. They look good...have used similar silicone molds for tarts...price is good too. Bakeware grade silicone molds are wonderful for tarts.
  16. If we were in it for purely the money...we would have given up long ago...it's so much cheaper to go out & buy a few ridiculously overpriced YC's or whatever...(not that I would anymore). The satisfaction being able to do your own & have others love them too...that is rewarding...the $ may come...or may not. I've learned how easy...it isn't. But, it brings alot of enjoyment & good smells:rolleyes2
  17. Have to second Hawaiian Ginger!
  18. I've used both for tarts & haven't had a bad throw with either...so as Ravens mentioned earlier, it's what you find works for you...I also have used Pillar of Bliss from Nature's Garden & some others ..that work great for me, & may not be someone else's cup of tea, just depends. It's an expensive addiction & learning experience...but it's alot of fun! Welcome! Terri
  19. Oh boy, favorite? Remember we're scent addicts :-) At the moment, Mango Papaya (Candle Science or WSP) or Lemon Sugar (NG or WSP). Terri
  20. I think it looks real good, guys! Easier to navigate!
  21. My webhost is Godaddy....have gone thru the learning to set it up myself over the past year. I think I'm finally to the point to where I'm happy with it (mostly). I could have shelled out the xtra for someone else...couldn't do that either, like you. I know the pain of doing it yourself...but you jumped in & are doing it! That's not easy :-) I like your positive attitude too...speaks volumes to how you conduct your business! Best wishes to you! Terri
  22. Love Hawaiian Ginger as well...but I've only tried Nature's Garden...it's wonderful & very popular with my customers.
