    I have an orange bergamot that I special ordered for a customer. I though the sitre said that it was a dupe but I need to see where I got it from.

    We sell quite a few also. I find it hard to keep them in stock. We have about 10 different scents we sell them in.

    Shat and company does carry it even though its not on their site. I just paid something like 55.00 per case. The price with shipping would have been the same if I ordered it from in state and went to pick it up.

    I placed my order on wed. got confirmation yesterday and it was delivered today. All 10 cases of wax. I was a bit worried reading everyones posts but all better now.

    There are two different sizes for flat rate shipping. One is 8.95 and the other is 12.95.

    I called them to find out when they were going to add the new flat rate box on their web site and the answer to me was since they have not received a notice from USPS, even though they know about it they are not going to put it on until then. This is after calling them twice and sitting on hold for 5 minutes and then being disconnected after being placed on hold and having to call back and go through that awful automated verification, which doies not work. Oh I hate them.....

    Are you sure they still carry it? I thought they didnt since it wasnt on their web site.

    Soy wax prices are going really high. Right now it is actually cheaper for me to purchase out of state and have it shipped then it is for me to purchase it from Genwax. So, for all you soy wax users, you better stock up if you can.

    my square pillars do burn all the way down, the corners will bend in and melt. I was surprised on how little wax is left on my squares after buring. But I use a 35ply

    Has anyone used the 11oz tumblers from them and bought a lid seperately for them? Kinda like the madison jar lids?
