Well it seems like there was some confusion. They thought everything in the box was damaged and since I wasnt sure if the molds were damaged by looking at them they wanted to see them for themselves. I ended up telling them that the molds seems to be okay and that the pour pots were all damaged. The box it self looks like it was hit by a truck. But they took care of everything....

I received my order from candlewic on Fri. and when I got home I opened it up right away because the box looked like an accordian. In the box there were 48 molds and 8 pour pots. All the pour pots were smashed in and not sure how the molds are going to be. I call UPS right away and they told me that I had to call the shipper. Since it was a holiday weekend I called and left a message. well they want me to box it up and send it back so they can look at it themselves. No problem. But I told them that if they wanted me to do that, I will but it will be in the same box that it came in and that I want my products to be sent in the mean time. I needed these over the weekend as I have large orders to complete and now they are putting me way behind. I think it is partly their fault since the items didnt look like they were packaged very well. I also told them that if they didnt send another replacement that I would do a chargeback for no products. Am I doing the right thing?

Never heard one person say anything about it. At first I wasnt sure how they would be but I am more then pleased with them.

I have to disagree with Chris. I have the ones from the Jar store and they are thicker then what they used to be. They are if not as good a quality as the Libby ones. we have been selling quiteb a few of them since we put them out last week.

I just tried to make a purchase from US Box through another one of their web sites. Through Creative food packaging. The site states tha there is a minimum of 500 pieces. So okay I go and make the purchase and then a message pops up and say that there is a 100 piece minimum. I called and they said they forgot to update that page. Well not my fault they didnt do it. You would think they would honor what their web site says. Now they lost all of my business and they didnt seem to care. Oh well. Im sure I can fine another company that wants my money. Has anyone else had this happen?

I will be finsihing up all our Halloween candles and then starting on x-mas. I have eight gift baskets to make for PAWS, Project Open Hand, Aids/Breast Cancer Emergency Fund and finsih the rest of our Spa collection. Our new radio advertising promotes our whole soy line and have over 30 scents in that. So I will be very busy over the holiday.

I know how you feel. we have over 100 scents in our store. Its hard to take away cause they all sell. Some more then others but they do sell.

just the glass shades that sit on top of the jar. I like the ones that Illuminations carries (they have two sizes) I am not crazy about the solid ones that you cant see the light through.

Does anyone know where I can get these at? I need to ones that are frosted and not solid in color and definitly not the metal ones. Hopefully someone will know.

Not to highjack this but I was looking for something similar. I need one that I can hang my tapers from. My tapers are attached and I want them to be out in the open and hanging. I like the spinners but would like one in wood if anyone know where I can get it. Thanks

I need to find black gloss boxes that will hold 6 votives. The same size as the clear ones from sunshine. Does anyone know of a place that has these before I special order them?

You also have to make sure the state you are in allows you to have an expiration date on the gc's. Here in CA a gc can not expire.

Just so you know, I did that and their responce to me was Im sure my Father would like to hear that but sarcastically. They are a family business and they didnt care that I wanted to complain to the higher ups.

I know how you feel. I was using them for a few oils and have switched because their customer service is the worst I have seen. They just dont care. I would rather spend my money at a place I know I can get good customer service.

I agree with the others that you should contact Doneen or Rich. When I had problems before their customer service reps are the worst but when it got to Rich, he took care of it right away. he gave me the service that I should have gotten right away from the rep but she was really rude. I think if more of them acted like Rich and Doneen their service would be great

Finding a box that is 5 1/4 x 3 5/16 x 2 1/4 preferable in black gloss tuck or two piece. I thought I saw it the other day and now I cant find it. I thought I saved the web site but who knows what I did. Thanks

I use the Indonesian Cinnamon and was very impressed with it. Not regular cinnamon, but smelled great in wax.

Has anyone tried the Oatmeal Raisin?

They had reformulated their oil and didnt tell me before the last time I ordered it. The color was different and the OOB was also different. But once in wax it was just okay. Not the best

Why not? I have tested several wine glasses and have never had a problem. I thought someone had told me that if it is dishwasher safe then most likely it would be okay for a candle.
