    I had ordered a few things from him in the past and one item was listed on their web page as out of stock for about a year, I called and emailed and then they finally said that they would not be getting that product back in. I will never order from them again. There are other places that offer better service that will get my money.

    Why would you need to stick the reed diffuser bottle on a plate when it is in a glass bottle already. Everyone that I have seen in department stores dont mention that. I cant see the liquid spilling out unless its tipped.

    I had the same probelm with the square votive molds that I got from candlewic and peaks. I then got some from connies candles and they slide out a lot easier then the other molds. I usually use a pair of pliers and just pull and they come right out, no problem, but not the other molds, I have to pull, and pull and wait for some air to get in.

    My labels seem to suck up the color on the bottom and then the ink smears. I use the gloss ones from online labels. Is there any way to prevent this?

    There were several time sthat I was going to order FO's from them but hate it when places dont put descriptions of the oil. So I passed on them and probably will never order from them unless they change.

    Most of the molds are made by the Moldman. No big secret, Im sure quite a few people know that.

    I used to use those until I found the square ones at Connies candles that are .99 each. And I couldnt tell the difference when they were pulled out of the mold form the ones that I got at candlewic

    I have and didnt like it as much as the glass glow they carry. They call it by the number there so you may be looking at the wrong one

    Actually it is. If there is not policy that can not inforce one when there wasnt one in please. She also stated that she didnt know if it was going to go on so that is another indicator that you can get your money back with problem. YOu can be left in the air wondering if you paid for something is going to happen and you MUST have a poilcy in place in order to inforce it. I just asked one of my directors since I work at a law school.

    Yes, you are supposed to put them in the oven. I usually put in as many that can fit and turn it up all the way and leave it there for about a half hour. Make sure you have good ventilation and open some windows because it will smell. That is if you are talking about the paint cans

    Legally, if there is no refund policy or cancellation policy she can not inforce one when ther wasnt one in place. She must refund your money

    I thought I read another post that the GlassGlow is IGI. Since that name is associated with IGI another company cant come in and use the same name for the wax

    if you are cutting a full sheet in half a 2/0 works well with the sheets.

    Isnt vybar used for pillars? Are you using it as an additive to add more fragrance? As a container you should not have to since it holds much more fo load then pillar wax does.

    from my experience it may still be to wet. I had this happen to mine that were not dry enough yet. But mine happened to the cones and not the sticks. Put them on a papertowl for a bit to dry. That might help

    I had a box delivered by UPS one time and i was watching him as he toss it over the fence. I ran out and said what the H*ll. I couldnt believe he did that. He didnt even come to the door. I think UPS is the worst.
