  11. i dont like to eat coconut either, its a texture thing lol.. i dont think it smells anything close to any coconut fo i have ever smelled. it smells like something is spoiled. kinda a sour/tart smell. hmmm
  12. No cuz its probably me. when i think of coconut smell i think of the fragrance oil or coconut cream pie etc. but from what i am told a real coconut cracked open does not smell like that. i guess i need to crack open a real coconut and see what it smells like lol
  13. see i dont think my vco smells like coconut at all. i got it from columbus foods. it just smells discusting.
  14. What do you all add to your Shealoe butter?? I want to keep mine as simple as i can, but i need to add something to it so make it softer and less firm in the jars. I was wondering about VCO, CO, Safflower seed oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, etc etc. I really dont want to have to add water.
  15. Just wondering what the difference is between using VCO or regular coconut oil in lotion/butters? I have alot of VCO but i hate the smell of it was wondering if it would be the same using the regular CO or not?

  20. I just always used colored/tinted bottles. Then i didnt have to worry about coloring them or any cloudyness (sp?)
  21. from what i read their jackfrost is different from the regular jack frost. jackfrost is usually peppermint and vanilla. CS it made up of different things so maybe thats why.

I use gb415 and i dont like their lav/vanilla to me it smells fake, and the pineapple paradise barely had a hot throw for me at 1oz/lb. i had to take it up to 1.5 oz to get good throw in tarts. i havent tried any of the other ones you listed. i have tried, lilac breeze, clothesline fresh, hillbilly homebrew, alot of the christmasy scents, i think i am missing some. but i always use 1oz/lb and they throw great. all but the pineapple paradise was not impressed with that one. hths
