  7. I got a bunch of the milk powders in the recent co-op and am keeping them in the freezer. They can stay good 6 months to a year if kept in the freezer.. Sharon
  8. The Watermelon is fabulous!! It did discolor to a dark tan and I didn't really notice acceleration..I wonder if adding some td would help to keep it lighter in color. I love it, after I shower my bathroom smells like watermelons for a long time after. hth :smiley2: Sharon

  14. Oooh, that looks sooo yummy! Looks just like cookie dough.. I wonder if maybe it's made with foaming bath butter. Not sure what else would be in it except sugar and scent.. I would also like to know. I bet it would be a great seller.. Sharon
  15. Well, it looks delish and apricot sorbet sounds good to me.. Sharon
  16. Oooh, that looks wonderful! What flavor is it? Sharon
  17. Yes, I was in Cash N Carry the other day and noticed that they had OO for pretty cheap. I was going to pick up a gallon but there were a few different kinds and I didn't know what to get. Is there a real difference between them other then some are lite and VOO? There were getting ready to close, so I didn't have time to examine them closely.. It didn't appear that they had coconut or rice bran. Which is a bummer, it would be nice to get it locally.. Sharon
  18. I believe there is a co-op going on right now for it. It's under Citric acid co-op. Sharon
  19. I'm not sure, but you could also maybe get a base in a small quantity from a supplier and then you can add whatever you like.. I know it sucks to pay shipping. There really isn't anything for suppliers where I live, so I have to pay shipping for everything!:undecided I'm sure one of the resident experts will come along and be able to tell you for sure.. I'm sorry I know that wasn't much help..lol Sharon
  20. LOL... There's nothing wrong with being alone when you tickle yourself.. :laugh2:
  21. Yes, I totally agree, Lindsay is awesome!! I love her bases and he is great to work with and is very helpful! Her lip balm bases are great too! I have spent way to much money there...lol Sharon
  22. My first thought was poppy seeds too.. I just got some to try. Got a big 16oz bag at Safeway for $2.25..I also got some apricot shell powder and apricot seed meal from Oregon Trails, it was pretty cheap too. I have yet to try it (it's on my to do list ).. I got some ground vanilla bean from MMS and it looks very fine to me, not sure how abrasive it will be.... I just recently made OMH soap and put some ground oatmeal in there and it's really nice. I was worried that it would be to scratchy, but it wasn't, it is just the right amount of scratchy-ness...lol Love it! Oh, and you can get dried orange peel in the spice section. I have a bottle of "spice islands" orange peels.. I'd be happy to send you a bit if you want to try any of the above.. Let me know..:smiley2: Sharon
