Whoooo hooooo I got my Jeff mold today and it is beautiful and I'm so excited my sister thought I was nutz when I was tearing the box open like a little kid LOL. Isn't it amazing the things that will get a soaper so excited LOL. I've got all kinds of butters, more micas on the way, oils, fixing to have essential oils, and now a new jeff mold. Jeff this is an amazing mold and I thank you so much I can't wait to use it. Thanks bunches Jeff Donna

It's probably going to turn out to be your favorite bar ever when you use it. I got some of the cocoa butter from the co-op recently and fell in love with the way it smelled but my kids and sister say it's way to strong. I haven't soaped with it yet, now I'm wondering about how much to use in a recipe to keep it from overpowering my scent. Donna

Mom has decided that she wants a prayer scarf to cover her head when her hair is gone (no wigs lol) so if anyone would like to find a small piece of material and say a prayer for her over it and send it to us it will be incorporated into the scarf. If you would like to send one just send me a pm and I will give you the address to send it to. The material can be from an old piece of clothing or anything you have handy. Oh yes please I would appreciate it so much, I will get some emu ordered and get it made. Thank you all so much for your responses and prayers it helps. Also her name is Sharon, also if my mom feels very strongly about the power of prayer as I do and has now begun a collection of prayer clothes and gets very upset if I don't keep them straight and in her bra for her so when I bath her or change her clothes I have to make sure I keep those little pieces in my hands at all times because it's the first thing she asks for lol. The steroids have taken alot of the pressure off and she is back with us right now and able to have a conversation with us again now and we are so thankful. I have moved in with her to care for her. I'm a nurse but not able to work now due to heart and back problems, I guess God had his reason for helping me to get thru nursing school after all. My other sister and brother in law are here to help too but her meds and other heath care needs are my responsibility so please pray that I am able to keep my mind clear and straight at all times and keep the tears, frustration, and nerves at bay, I can loose it later. My Mom has just been diagnososed with mutiple malignant brain tumors and I am asking for prayers for her. I am determined to prevent skin break down so if there is anyone who has an extremely gentle and moisturizing soap recipe and a lotion recipe that I can do in HP they wouldn't mind sharing with me if they have my word that I will only make it for it for my mother and and will not share with anyone ever I would be in your dept because to be honest I can't even think straight enough yet to figure out a recipe on my own right now and I had moved recently and my notebook is MIA right now and since I am an LPN I have moved in with mom to care for her I may never find it so I am asking for your help. If you are willing to share a recipe, I have most every oil and butter possile except emu. I have just ordered a but load of micas in the co-op so I am going to make it as pretty and conditioning as possible she deserves the best I can can possible do for her. I got a package yesterday that I have been so excited about getting, they are soaps I ordered from someone here on CT. When I opened the package I was so heartbroken I could have cried because they are so beautiful and I know I would never be able to make anything soooooo pretty. I bought these from Comfortscents and girl I just have to say these are amazing and the packaging is adorable and you have some amazing skills. I just had to tell everyone on here that your pictures don't do justice to your work not even close. Thanks bunches Donna

I started out with candles about 1 year ago because a neighbor and friend knocked on my door and said I made too many candles do you want a few (never being one to turn down something free) I said sure I'd love to have them. I ask her how she made them and that started it for me. I am the type who researches everything and after many many hours on the internet and then finding this site I realized that what she was actually making were not very safe and decided to try and do better. After alot of research and testing I feel safe letting family and friends have my candles and have sold a few picture canes but for now it's just a hobby but then I found the B&B section on here sooooooo as anyone one here can testify one thing snowballed into another and now I make cp soap, lotions, body butters, and testing lip balms now and have plans for several other things on my to do list. My family and they're friends and they're co-workers all love my stuff and I think I could actually make some money from it but I am a perfectionest and have to research and test everything to death so I hope to have a good business some day but for now it's just a hobby and things for family and friends. I can't say exactly how much time I spend on it a week because it varies from week to week. I have found that even though it's an expensive addiction it is also very good for the mind and spirit in many ways and is also very good for the self esteem because when someone is calling you to rave about something you gave them to try and is telling you that they're friend or co worker etc is desperately wanting to buy some and how much they love it, it makes you feel good about your acomplishment so in my book it's money and time well spent.
