  1. I think they are all gorgeous. My problem would be that I wouldn't want to burn them (they're too pretty) and I wouldn't let anyone use the soaps. LOL You've got some great looking products there. I have no doubt you'll reach your goal.
  2. Yes...both the aluminum and plastic fit with wiggle room to spare. If you would just like a few at a time to play with try CVN Pharmacy. They sell a pkg. of 5 for $5.
  3. Sharyl...the nail is a great idea. I'll give that a try next time I do one. Thanks for posting that tip.
  4. No suntan lotion here. It's sort of tart fruity smell. Kind of like Hawaiian Punch without the sweetness. Hope that helps a little...
  5. Beautiful. You make it sound so easy.
  6. Yup, I agree with the majority. Love the chunk Pillar.
  7. They're all beautiful. Only 5 months...you're a natural.
  8. Let us know how it turns out. I don't think QVC likes sharing their links...lol I just saved the picture to my photo folder and uploaded it to photobucket...then posted from there.
  9. They're all beautiful. It's hard to pick a favorite.
  10. Do you mean these? They look like they're packed pretty tight but I agree it's gonna have some air space. We pretty much all know what happens to a wick when it hits an air pocket. They are kinda cute tho'.
  11. Very cool Kimmeroo! :highfive: I tried it with the votives and way over did the heat gun. lol I did get a real pretty solid color tho' I love your tumbler and lid. Is that new?
  12. Hey Kimmeroo...It was in my plans for today but I got side tracked with the Palm Pillars. Have you tried them yet? I'm trying to design my own plug to use in the forever pillars but ran into a few snags. I think I may try the dye marbled thingy on a small scale using votives. That shouldn't take to long to do and if it looks really crappy at least I didn't waste much wax and fo. lol If it doesn't come out looking like mud, I'll post them.
  13. Wow...you sure did great for your first try. Your children are gorgeous.
  14. omg...they are beautiful. The darkest one really caught my eye. Great job!
  15. I bet that pink color casts a pretty glow. It looks pretty good to me. :smiley2: I'd love to try one but don't have the correct wax right now. I'm going to watch the tutorial tomorrow. My oven must not be level 'cause my palm pillars are always a little off. I could use some advice on leveling also. I'm using the pan over water technique but sometimes it seems like I'm just making it worse. Maybe someone can offer some "tricks of the trade".
  16. I have a multi cavity heart silicone mold and ran into the same problem. I finally used a small tomatoe sauce (or paste?) can that I squeezed a spout into. Small can...small amount of wax...worked great. (Even for a Blonde like me!) HTH
  17. CareBear...thanks so much for the link. I think I'll try one tonight. They look kinda cool. Nice find HeavenScentU...:highfive:
  18. Beautiful molds on both sites! Thanks so much for sharing.
  19. Hi Jeni...the JBN palm was the first one I tried. I think it came out okay but didn't produce the patterns I was hoping for. When I was researching the different palm waxes I kept coming across suggestions of adding soy to change the patterns. So I tried it... The first one had a TBL spoon of soy added. The second one (green) had a tsp. of soy added. (no change to the pattern). The third was my first try at a "forever". No soy added. I haven't tried palm container...so can't help with that.
  20. Love the look. I haven't tried GG yet. I think your picture may just push me over the edge.
  21. The colors are beautiful and the shapes are adorable. Very creative.
  22. I love Hot Apple Pie. The kind you eat and the kind you sniff...:smiley2: Your candle looks wonderful!
  23. I love seeing your pictures. The more, the better! They are truely beautiful.
