    I don't mind hearing you talk about our generous vendors at all........that just means I have a chance of going home with some of those goodies I'm still amazed at all the stuff you gave away last year. I don't look forward to the gathering being over and we all go home and have to wait another full year to get together again

    Hey Scented, glad to hear the good news. The gathering sure wouldn't be the same without you girl!!!! I've offered to do a pick up at Moonworks, so maybe while I'm there I can drag her into the car and take off with her. LOL I'm disappointed she isn't able to join us but I know what it's like when you're raising kids..........your life just isn't your own!!!!!! They have schedules too. Are you still thinking about trying to come this way? We could probably go in one vehicle, therefore splitting the cost of gas. E-mail me and we'll discuss it.

    I didn't think about it until today, but I could probably do a pick up at Moonworks if anyone is interested. I haven't talked to Rhonda yet but I will if there's an interest. Also, I have a full case of IGI6006 for sale if anyone is interested. $50 for the case. I'll be posting more as I go through my stash. No shipping if I can bring it to you at the gathering.

LOL hhhmmmmm, I may just have to add a little something extra just for you...... our "swap mistress":yay: Just wanted to remind everyone: ONLY 6 MORE WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!:yay::yay::yay: For those that have not been yet, you really need to get your room reservation made. This is a very nice hotel and they have wedding receptions on the weekends which fills up their rooms in a hurry. We don't want anyone to miss out because they can't get a room.

    Now that I know our item doesn't have to be candle or bath & both related (I didn't know that last year til we did the swap), I know what I'm going to make. It won't be a magic hat, but I think you'll like it. Scented, you might even try to steal it!!!!!! LOL You could wrap it around you, with your hat on and look like a million bucks.............. However, I'm sure we'd be bailing you out of the looney bin before the night was over............

    Has anyone tried it yet? I'll be anxious to start hearing reviews. I now have a room mate lined up..........yea!!!! Now all I have to do is pack and drive.........LOL Will be great to see everyone again. Kim, I will be participating in the Yankee Swap for sure. I love surprise packages!!!!!!!!!

    I don't normally order from Alabaster but I was at the TN Soap and Candle Social a couple of weeks ago and Carol was there to do a lotion demo. We were all disappointed that she didn't bring anything to vendor. Up until the week of the social, we were under the impression that she would be bringing at least oils to sell. They must not need our business I guess.

    You are going to share some of these beauties at the PA gathering aren't you???????? I loved the ones I won last year. I really want to start soaping with eo instead of fo but haven't braved it yet. I did get some good info in TN last weekend, so now I just have to find the time to soap.............they'll never look as good as yours though. Your soaps are always beautiful.

    Your candles are beautiful and you have such a nice variety. I bought a shadow box awhile back but still haven't used it. Your pics have inspired me to get out there and use it. Thanks for sharing Nancy

    Thanks Barbara. I order the little drawstring bags & the foil liners a couple months ago, and when my order arrived, I found out they were no longer selling them. Now I can order the liners to use in the bags. Thanks for the information. Nancy

    It looks wonderful and I know you're thrilled to have all that space. I have a 16x80 house trailer that USED to look all nice and organized like that but needless to say, every nook and cranny is packed to the gills!!!! LOL gotta get things cleaned out soon. BTW I got the interlocking foam squares and put down on my work area and I love it. It is a nice support if you're pouring for long periods of time, plus if you spill on it, all you need to do is replace 1 square. Works great for me. Enjoy your space..........it looks terrific!!!!

    First of all, I really like the design. I think I prefer the second label simply because I think if you're going for an upscale look, "less is more". I would keep it simple. For the same reason, I'm not sure I would want the price on the label for everyone to see what I paid for it, if I had purchased the item. JMO but I really do like the look.

    I'm not sure about bringing the lighters!!!!! With all the alcohol that was being consumed that night, I'm afraid I'd burn myself :laugh2: It was a fun night and Abbie you were certainly missed.......you're right....no early bedtime for you this year!!!!!!!!

    Ok, I'm going to show my ignorance here............Even though I was at the gathering last year, and I did hear the word "freebird" thrown around ALOT, I have no idea what it means!!!!!! Anyone care to enlighten me?????? I am so anxious to see everyone again......and Kim, I'm also looking forward to hearing you sing for us again!!!!! You did a great job!!!!! Not sure what I'll bring for the yankee swap but I'm sure it won't surpass the magic hat from last year!!!!!!!!!! What cha bringing this year Birdie????????

    Have you looked at candy molds? I know I've seen the two piece molds that you make a solid chocolate cross with. With it being close to Easter, I'll bet you could find something there. Do you have a cake decorating or candy making store near you? Best of luck to you and your son. My prayers are with you and your family.

    Thanks everyone, I'm sure with all these wonderful suggestions, we'll find something that works for him. He's 23 (I think) and they just look so bad........I'm sure I wouldn't want to hold hands like that. LOL I appreciate all the help. Thanks again
