  2. Man, I must watch that TV show too much.. Ok, but the question is, how'd they do that? It is a design on the wax or in the glass. Maybe gold leaf pressed in then container then the wax poured? http://www.mybestscentedcandles.com/site/1588821/product/139592
  3. Hey Janet - Mine told me she doesn't get paid extra to pick up boxes I leave if I don't request a pickup. You can request 1 to be picked up, and even if you send 10, she then has the paperwork to change it so she can be paid accordingly.
  4. Of course! Many of us know how much you like the "FOO". See what you started Crafty1!
  5. Foo foo is staying at the hotel so she can partake in some foo foo's! But come on down! LOL!
  6. Yup.. It's about 25-30 minutes from Houston Intercontintal to Conroe, where it's about 1 hour 15 minutes from Hobby Airport. Oh PAM!!!!!!!!!!! Karol needs a flying buddy!!!
  7. Allrighty ya'll.. Keep the yogurt to the OT, as it adds nothing to this subject. She asked a question, she got real answers. Oh, and have a nice day!
  8. Yup, didn't think about that one.. I also have these blue speck samples from some company I can't remember the name of.. They're pretty cool though! Will have to go to the soap shack in the morning and get more info.
  9. http://www.txsoapmakers.org/meetings/upcoming.php Catherine Failor is gonna be there! And it's here in Conroe! Who's making plans!!!!!!!
  10. Food coloring is cheap and easy too.. I know I've stained my hands with kool aid, and many a counter top.
  11. Or a custom made silicone mold. A very very large one...lol
  12. Please don't walk away from the topic, as I'd love to know more! Never saw the raw butter.. Off to google!
  13. http://fromnaturewithlove.com/soap/product.asp?product_id=butpist Says there the shelf life is one year MLS. And there ya go Stacy.. Better be good stuff at those prices. Haven't found it anywhere else yet, just the oil. But I'll bet you could turn the oil into a butter cheaper than this.
  14. Blue specks? Only think I can think of is blue pumice. Blue cornmeal ground fine too.. Maybe. But definetly blue pumice. Brambleberry carries it.
  15. What did you expect in the 40 minutes from your initial post til the time you edited? Integrity is huge! Patience is too!
  16. I don't have any little bottles, or I sure would! Umm Ummm.. Let me know if you don't get someone, and I'll empty out another fo bottle and clean it with alcohol! Too funny!
  17. I have used it with success, just cut down to 1/2 oz pp of wax. Has an awesome throw, and no trouble burning it.
  18. A mitre box and a nice sized putty knife is how I started for the same thickness every time! You're going to have to experiment with the cut to get it to be 4 oz. Then measure it, then mark a spot on the mitre box where you want to push the soap to before you cut. Cut it, slide the log up to the mark, and cut again.. Lather rinse and repeat!
  19. Whoa.. talk about exfoliation! LOL! J/k.. It's just more cost effective to use wax than it is soap for room scenting.
  20. WSP's tracking has been messed up for the past month for me. Sends me to a blank page instead of the one with my info in it.
  21. Everytime I see this thread I get hungry for ice cream!
  22. Mine was the same way.. So I just did it behind his back.. But I wouldn't recommend this.. lol
  23. Kim.. While I understand the need to look for cheaper shipping. Shipping should never ever ever eat into your profits. It should be added in to the cost of the product itself. No exceptions, or you're cheating yourself.
