  1. I've went from 6 to 10 and now to version 23. You can customize any size label in 23 that you need by going to: tools, then to new custom paper, label and enter all of the information for your label from there. Hope this helps.
  2. I quit ordering from them when they started showing up in Rural King stores. They are selling them for about what I pay for them with the shipping.
  3. It's been a while since I ordered it, but I remember Ky's now at Rustic Essentials as being heavy on the rum.
  4. I get them at WalMart. They're the best for candle making!
  5. I put both on mine. If the bar code won't scan for some reason, they can manually enter the number.
  6. This is how mine works also. Never had a problem, and only have the propay fees.
  7. 1. Average batch size: 4 lbs. 2. Average # of fragrance on hand: 60+ 3. Typical fragrance purchase quantity: 1-5 pounds 4. Typical quantity wax purchase: 1 pallet 5. Typical quantity jars purchase: 1-2 pallets 6. How long to keep wax: Always use it 7. Shelf life of FO: About 1 year, some longer if stored correctly 8. Shelf life a factor in determining quantity of oil purchased: No, only order what I know will sell
  8. My DH was a server for many years and he says it's just Frankincense, no Myrrh. You might give that a try if you can find it.
  9. Your welcome. Glad it helped!!
  10. Not sure about PS 23, but in PS 20 it's under tools, then select custom paper wizard. From there you can create new or customize current. Once you choose which you want to do, it will give your choices of labels, signs, etc. Hope that makes sense.
  11. It sounds a lot like this one I received on my site; "My name is Jones Kelly USA based,This mail is to make inquiry on the below question.Do you accept credit card for payment(my U.S.A Master and Visa card to be precise)Regarding shipping,I already know of a freight forwarder that will pick my packages from your store after payment is confirmed and when goods are ready for shipment,as the private freight company ship cost is cheap than any other courier and they are so effective in shipping my goods to my store in Victoria,Australia is estimated to be 2-3days. I have used there service in the past and it was splendid. Kindly let me know your comments on these, so that i can email you with the items i am interested in purchasing from you. Jones Kelly (Owner)" I didn't reply back and haven't heard from them again.:rolleyes2
  12. Ky Southern Vanilla sells very well here.
  13. Candle Science is very close. I've used KY in the past, but switched some time ago as I buy that one 5 lb at a time and could get a better price.
  14. Agreed!! I miss Herb, he was a great asset to Alabaster! Haven't order much from them since they closed the Ky location.
  15. Nature's Gardens is very close. I use both.
  16. I've used 435 (or soy with cottonseed) for several years. I always pour just when the wax starts to cloud. Hardly ever get any frosting and candles look pretty good after burning. I get an occasional cauliflower top, I think that depends on the scent. But for the most part, candles are pretty smooth after burning.
  17. Peach Grove and Citrus Blossom from Backwoods is very nice!
  18. I normally pour 4 lb batches with 7% fragrance. Usually pour at least 4 batches at a time.
  19. I just received an order from them last week. They are the same as the ones from Impact that I got through one of the co-ops here. I did have to wait a couple of days, as they were out of stock. But they shipped pretty quick.
  20. I placed my last order on October 20th and received them on Friday, Nov. 5th. So, I took about 2 1/2 weeks.
  21. I loved this scent. When I ordered it the last time, it had completely changed. She ended up sending me something to replace, and then pulled it from the site. The last time I inquired about it, she said they where still working on getting the original one back in but weren't having much luck. That's been some time ago. I haven't found anything close to it either.
  22. You just sign up for an account, it will ask you to enter a password. When they approve your account you can log in and get the wholesale pricing. You have to order in cases, but you can mix and match colors to get a full case.
