  1. Just Scent has a great 50/50 blend. Becky is very helpful when it comes to trouble shooting. She is a great supplier and very accomodating.
  2. Are they fruit flies? We get them this time of year if we leave any fruit out. As soon as the fruit starts to break down they appear in droves.
  3. I've ordered from that Ebay seller as well. She's very reliable and very helpful.
  4. Have you tried any of the LX series? Not sure what kind of wax you're using but they work very well in my 50/50 blend. I'd try an 8 or 10.
  5. Have you ever tried www.flickerfragrance.com ? She has some very unique scents. I love Olive Blossom and Patchouli Honey.
  6. The only one on your list that I use is Winterberry Wreath. It throws very well in soy and 50/50 blend. I use a lot of Becky's Fo's but she has so many now that there are tons I haven't even tried yet!
  7. I've never tried that particular wax but I use the JS 50/50 which I like very much. Becky is a great supplier who is always willing to go the extra mile to help troubleshoot problems.
  8. I really like Flicker Fragrances Patchouli Honey. I've found people who don't normally like Patchouli love this scent.
  9. I use Flicker's Cucumber Melon in a 50/50 blend wax. It's the best I've found so far.
  10. Yes, they do but not the sizes I'm looking for at the moment. I'm looking for a straight 16 oz and what they have is shaped more like a bulb jar.
  11. I found these at Mid-Con thanks to someone on this board but they only have them in 4 oz and 8 oz jars. Does anyone know where I can this type of jar but larger? Say 16 or 22 ounce?
  12. Apple Blossom Creme Brulee Bergamot Lavender Raspberry Vanilla Creme Citris Linen H2o
  13. Flicker Fragrance has a really nice Olive Blossom. I tried a sample. It smelled really nice when I burned it today.
  14. I want to make some bug repellant outdoor candles for my deck. Does anyone know a supplier who carries both citronella and the wicks? Is it necessary to use a Citronella wick or would any large wick do?
  15. I think it looks very nice. The only thing that might get you in trouble: Soy candles do not produce black soot on jars, furniture, walls etc.. You might want to add "if burned properly". If they don't burn them properly they can produce soot.
  16. I use HTP 83's for the 8 oz tins. ( I use a 50/50 parasoy blend) They work in the majority of my oils. I've only had a few that I needed to wick down to a 73. The 8 oz tins have been the easiest container for me to wick.
  17. Do you have to have a special program to change the scent name on each label?
  18. For those that add coffee do you always grind fresh from coffee beans?
  19. It's the small but tall rather than wide 10 oz apothecary. I bought a few cases from the classifieds but need to find covers. Haven't seen them at any of the suppliers I use.
  20. I just ordered some from Tennessee Candle Supplies and they shipped USPS Priority.
  21. I've been successfully wicking that jar with two LX 10's, 12's and sometimes 8's depending on FO. I use a parasoy blend.

  23. I've strictly done candles until now. I'm going to start out by trying to do a sugar scrub. What kind of coloring do you use for scrubs?
  24. I've only used it mixed 50/50 with J50. I think it has a better scent throw compared to CB Advanced.
  25. There is a company here in NH that makes a great Garden Mint. http://www.northcountrymercantile.com They cater mostly to soapers. I tried a bunch of their FO's. Most of them were not strong enough for me but the Garden Mint and another called Summer Fresh were both great.
