I ordered my wax last week and usually get my order in two days but on the second day (Sat) it didn't arrive. Now it's Tuesday, still no wax. Becky called Fedex and spent an hour on the phone reaming them out - found out my order was lost. It was finally delivered on Wednesday. AND she got me a 40.00 gift certificate in free shipping from Fedex! I know a lot of suppliers could care less about your package once it leaves their warehouse and leave you to sort out the "lost in transit" or other shipping issues on your own. I thought it was really nice of her to go above and beyond. It shows that she really cares about her customers.
