  1. I'm still a little confused lol I'm going to be using a 33% lye solution on my master batch. So I would weight out my total oils for my lets say 42oz batch & then what for the lye? Sorry I'm soooooooo math challenged lol
  2. I do the same for my pillars however the regular person does not go by those rules so I usually power burn to see what will happen.
  3. Jen thanks can I find those in the grocery store or Wal-Mart?
  4. I've done the search thing & didn't really find what I was looking for. I know there was a discussion on this. I'm wanting to master batch my oils & I can't remember if after making the master batch I just weight out the oils my recipe calls for total & then weight out my lye & water solution for that one batch? Thanks I know I'm brain dead :laugh2:
  5. I'm looking to have my labels customized by creative concepts. These are some samples they sent me. Please let me know what you think. Excuse the containers lol I'm scraping up containers. I really like the scrub label. I guess I should post it in the bath & body section. The label with the orange candles I thought put the lettering white maybe. They also made the orange label a little bit lighter color. Anyway please let me know how you like these. Uploaded with ImageShack.us
  6. Can anyone tell me the best place to find these? I looked on ebay but they are all from Hong Kong.
  7. Is there any updates as to whether the lids you found will fit the jars & tumblers?

  12. I decided to try Indie Beauty just to see their prices of course you have to be a member but you get $1,000.00 in insurance for about $395 per year pls what ever they charge to become a member. I'm still searching.] Sorry not enough zero's on this. Zero's confuse me
  13. The site is really nice easy to navigate I do however have to agree with the our price to sale price. It's very confusing & sale price should be less IMO

  15. Absolutely gorgeous soap I love the colors
  16. I don't see any prices nor the type of lid that goes with each container kind of confusing. ;(
  17. I don't have any idea sqaure lids seem to be a problem for me. Hopefully, someone has seen them some where. I'm going to check Fillmore .
  18. Would you mind sharing where you found these?
  19. I always freeze my milks for soap making. I weigh out individual ziploc bags with the ounces I will need for each batch. No more orange milk soap
  20. I didn't say $1 per ounce of fo & I didn't say a 16 ounce bottle with 4 ounces of fo either. I said I used 1 ounce of FO in a 4 ounce bottle with the 91% alcohol. I have purchased room spray "bases" before that smelled & looked like pure what is called "denatured alcohol" if any water is in it, it is very little. The $1.00 was for the 91% alcohol. I did go back and add water to this we'll see how it turns out.
