  1. Thank's guys for the feedback. It helps me to see what I am missing! I am correcting the errors as I am typing this. I must have typed too fast to have spelling errors

  5. I hope this is okay to post it in this section. I was wondering if anyone could let me know what they thought of my new design I did for "www.lilcandlestore.com" I am still adding new photos to the website daily, so there will be graphics in place of the photos that are not there yet. And I am adding new pages, too. Thanks
  6. Thank you for the suggestions. I will deffinatly check them out.
  7. Thank you fo replying and providig those suggestions. I have started to take photos of my candles and other products for the website. A few of them have been added already (Moonlight path, Sex on the beach) just to name a few. I will continue to add more. As for the web site promotion, I would like to hear how others are doing it, too.
  8. Would anyone have any ideas on how to promote your website? I was googling Link Directories but I could not find many. Thanks, Kristin - www.mibellacreations.com (Hand Poured Soy Candles)
  9. After changing the pouring temperatures, my candles have came out looking better than the photo I posted. Thanks again!
  10. Hello, I just received a box of wax from Natures Garden and made a small batch of candles using Tureen Jars. I melted the wax until it reached the temperatures 170 degrees, put in 1/8 teaspoon of UV, dye, and fragrance oil at the same temperature. And I poured the candles at 150 degrees. Smooth tops etc.. I have used this wax before but not from Nature's Garden. I am beginning to see wet spots all over the sides of the candle and color fading at the bottom of the Tureen Jars. I'm also using natural HEMP wicks. The scent is not a problem, it is just the appearance. This is the only problem I am having, but the candles are smooth and smell great. It is strange, because my other candles I made with gb 464 never had this problem. Could anyone provide any tips on how to fix this problem? What do you do to prevent wet spots?
  11. What type of Palm Wax do you use and wicks? I was thinking about purchasing the Feather (IGI R-2779) Palm wax from Peak Candles. Could you pour the wax at a lower temp than what is recommended on their site? They didn't provide info on when to add your fragrance. Thanks for your help
  12. I am interested in making pillar candles and was wondering what are the best wicks to use for them? I currently use Hemp 60048 wicks for my Soy Candles. Also, has anyone ever used Palm Wax for them? I tried to search for some information on Palm wax for Pillar Candles but couldn't find much. Is there any information online where it tells you how much fragrance to add etc.. Thanks
  13. I had the same issue when I was creating my paypal buttons. I solved this issue by creating a HTML code that allowed me to have numerous scents in a drop down menu. If I could, I would post the HTML code I used here for you.
  14. I have a family member who is sensitive to many store bought soaps and would like to make my own natural organic soaps. Would anyone know where I could find a base or supplies that contains these ingredients? And detailed information on how to begin making cold press soaps? organic oils of Olive, Palm, Coconut, Shea Butter, Kukui Oil, Neem Oil, Sodium Hydroxide Thanks
  15. That is the program I am currently using. What is the width and height of your label that you use in photoshop?
