    Does anyone have any suggestions for an amber fo for use in paraffin? I made some votives for a friend using Peaks French Vanilla & Amber (which she loves) and now she'd like to try some with only amber. Thanks!

    I bought a few of the ones that Peaks had on sale and they were thinner. Peaks had noted that on their site saying that these were a one time buy and not the usual ones they carry. I've used them several times and they were fine. Sharon

    Oh I love this one. It's very strong and heavy on the amber. I don't use soy though, so I'm not sure how it would throw for you. Sharon

    Henry, those are lovely! I love the way everyone's ornaments look so antique, and I never thought of using colors for them. I have some beeswax and now want to try this. Thanks for the inspiration!

    I just checked, but it's not listed on their site yet. When it is, I'll definately be placing an order-they have so many new fragrances I want to try. And I just paid off my credit card . . .

    That is the truest black I've ever seen in a candle! Everytime I try I get a very dark purple.
