  1. Thank you for all your feedback! Everyone is right when they say people on here are enablers! LOL! This stuff is so addictive! I'm not sure if there's enough wax left in Texas for me to pour the FO's that I have and I just keep looking for more! I wonder if there's anyone else on here like that! ) Belinda
  2. Lol! I actually have TWO suppliers that are within 15 miles of me! Daystar is about 10 and then Texas Candle Supply is about 15 from where I work. My son lives in Livingston so he has picked up from TCS and brought it to me. I am so addicted to these FO's! Thanks for all of your input. I think I will have to try Stay's. I've been wanting to try her white chocolate Macadamia nut cookie too! Belinda
  3. Has anyone tried ICS and Daystar's Blackberry Jam Butter cookies? If so, which one is best. I've used ICS and it smells really good but I've read where Daystar has a good one too. Daystar's is higher than ICS but I don't have to pay shipping because her son goes to the school where I work and she will deliver. Just wondered which was the best or if anyone has used Stacy's and how it smells. Thanks! Belinda
  4. I've bought them from Colonial Tin Works but they run $14.50 each wholesale and you have to buy them in fours. I think they're having a sale right now with 15% off. But I think you also have to buy $100 each time but I can't be sure. I haven't ordered from them in awhile. That's the only place I've seen those type warmers though. HTH Belinda
  5. I bought a one ounce bottle of this off of ebay and it smells really good OOB. It's from Josie's Attic Candles. Just google it and you'll pull up the link. It smells so good I was planning to order a bigger bottle! I also saw it on one of the other suppliers sites but can't remember which one. HTH Belinda
  6. Thanks for your advice! I started out with cups but switched to molds. I just like the look of them in a bag I guess. I prefer a harder paraffin just because of the smudging. I thought maybe there was some way to keep this from happening that I didn't know about. Thanks again! Belinda
  7. I don't like the way tarts smudge the bags. Is there a wax that doesn't do this or is it just something that happens no matter what? I have noticed that when I use all paraffin to make tarts that it isn't near as bad. I guess I could switch to all bakery bags but I like the way the tarts look when you can see them. Thanks for any input! Belinda
  8. I would say more of a spa look. I don't see country at all. Just my opinion.
  9. I am so glad to hear that! Thank you for letting me know. Belinda
  10. I broke down last night and ordered a bottle of SCR from MW's! I couldn't help myself! Hopefully it won't smell like CW"s SVS since I have a big bottle of that! I've read where some compare MRs. Claus cookies to Vanilla Bean Noel and to me it does smell very close but I still detect a slight difference so maybe there will be a difference between the other two. I sure hope so! I'll post my comparison as soon as it comes in. Belinda
  11. I went through the "fragrance twins" thread and found the post and I was wrong about MW's sugar cookie royale being a twin to Mrs. Claus cookies. It's Candlewic's sugared vanilla shortbread that's supposed to be it's twin. I have svs but not scr so I can't say if they smell alike or not but it sure makes me want to order from MW to find out! I have Homemade cookies from MW and LOVE it! Belinda
  12. I forgot I also use Mrs. Claus cookies from NG and sugar cookie dough from ICS. I've been wanting to try sugar cookie Royale from MW but I thought I read on here somewhere that it smells like Mrs. Claus cookies and I didn't want to have two of the same scent. I did recently buy Homemade cookies from MW from someone on here and I love it! Does anyone know if Mrs. Claus smells like SCR from MW? Belinda
  13. Thanks! I wish I hadn't noticed she was having a sale! I had promised myself to back off of FO's for a few weeks but it didn't happen LOL! Belinda
  14. I've never ordered their Blackberry Pie but have been wanting to try it. Like you, I don't want to order a whole pound and have another "DUD"! Belinda
  15. I've only used BCS's sugar cookie so far and I think it smells great! I have samples of other's sugar cookie but just haven't put them in wax. They all smell good out of the bottle though. I've been wanting to try Peaks. I've also used JS buttercream sugar cookie and ICS iced sugar cookie which also smell good. I use a para/soy blend but I think I'm testing waxes right now to see about switching to straight paraffin. Belinda
  16. I noticed JS is having a sale and even her Bodacious Buys are on sale too. I have ordered quite a few from her and have several hits but some misses too. Which of her oils do you recommend? I have chestnuts and brown sugar, cream brulee cupcake, buttercream sugar cookie, vanilla buttercream crunch just to name a few. Don't know why on earth I would even think about ordering more oils! I have so many that I haven't even put in wax but I can't seem to help myself! LOL! Thanks! Belinda
  17. I'm glad to find out which ones are best myself! I did have a problem with the oil eating through some of the cups and that's why I stopped using them. I'm glad someone knew which ones to buy. I might actually use them again. Belinda
  18. Me too! I can't seem to find one that smells like I think a snicker doodle cookie should smell like. Maybe I will mix some sugar cookie in with it and see how it goes!
  19. Maybe I have been in there too long! LOL! I'm not sure. That could be it though! I poured some snickerdoodle a couple of weeks ago (I think from tri-state) and it smelled so good but had no throw at all! I bought Candlewic's because I read such good things on here about it and I've been looking for a good, strong Snicker doodle so I decided to pour it and I don't know why but tea came to mind. I may have to add some vanilla or sugar cookie to it to tame the smell I'm getting. Any suggestions? Maybe it will smell different when it's melting. Thanks!
  20. I bought a bottle of their snickerdoodle and poured it tonight for melts and it reminds me of tea. Does anyone else think that or is it just me? Belinda
  21. Just wondered if anyone uses Candle soylutions. I haven't read much about them on here and was just wondering. Not that I need to buy another fragrance oil! LOL! Belinda
  22. I've used them and they have a good Mulberry, Pearberry and Mexican Fried Ice Cream which seems light but I had a sample of that from NG and it wasn't any stronger from them. I also use their Fruit Loops and it smells just like the real thing. I recently got "Let them eat Cake" and it smells good and strong but I couldn't tell you if it is a good dupe or not because I don't know what the real thing smells like. Give them a try. I think like all the other suppliers, they have good oils and some not so good! Belinda
  23. I agree with LeahRB, I have the one from Fragrance Buddy and it smells just like fruit loops! I haven't smelled anyone else's though. Belinda
  24. Oh thank you Dave! If you are ever looking for a particular scent just let me know. You are more than welcome to it! I have tons of samples that I will never get into wax.

    Thanks again!

    Belinda

  25. They have the best cream brûlée in my opinion. I tried 3 others, JS, Houston Candle Supply and Texas Candle Supply and didn't care for either of those and I finally tried Cajun's and love it. Their Buttercream Crunch is really good too!
