  8. I recently rented a small space in a craft mall and put in body butters, lotion sticks, and lip balms. The owner knew that I made soap also and asked me to bring it in so I did. Another lady has a booth with soaps, perfume oils, and body sprays. My soaps and other products are completely different from hers and are different scents. She voiced her displeasure over my products to the owner. The owner pointed out that there are several different jewelry makers and several booths with flower arrangements so she didn't think it would be a problem to have 2 bath and body booths. I feel kind of bad. What do you think about it? TIA!!
  9. I found a whole bunch of Christmas tins at a yard sale for 2.00 for all of them. They'll be wonderful for gift baskets.
  10. Chocolate body butter, chocolate bath melts.
  11. I made these recently and think they are heavenly!! However, I noticed that the wonderful chocolate scent was gone after about a week. Do you think it's because my cocoa butter was the stuff in tubes(supposedly 100% cocoa butter)from the pharmacy or could it be that my citric acid was about 11/2 years old?
  12. I've made a couple of soap cakes ( I'll try to post pics later) and on one I melted some white M&P and drizzled it over the top. It doesn't look bad but I was wondering if there would be any problem with sweating that would affect the CP soap underneath? I'm so excited over these!!!
  13. Can't wait to see them! They sound wonderful!!!!!
  14. I agree with the silicone. I love silicone molds!!
  15. Does anyone know of a site that sells a salve base? I saw one recently and forgot to bookmark it and it's driving me nuts because I can't find it. I was wanting to make a very thick lip gloss and could kick myself for not saving this site. Thanks for any help you can give me!!
