Because Scented is fairly loaded with stuff SYR lol.

I have made it into Illinois. Looking to go see some underground railroad stuff in the a.m. before heading out. I did Mark Twain today in Hannibal, Mo. Got to see a mighty full Missoui River! Lots of cops and even the bird of paradise took a poo on the car before I could get out of Dodge. Now the kicker, help me make it through the night lol.

I'm home too. Made the trip in record time but I only stopped once the whole way. Had terrible rain in Indy but aside from that, it was a good trip. Now I have to unload all my goodies!!!

Once again Abbie you really outdid yourself!!!! The gathering was so informative, and we all learned so much. Of course the networking with each other was great fun as well.

Scented, I loved my swap box from you, and I must brag that I am the lucky recipiant of your lovely beeswax painting!!!!:yay: Of course, you know how much I LOVE your soaps and I am glad to get them as well as the other goodies in the box. Thank you so very much for everything.

Now we only have to wait a full year to see each other again :(

I miss everyone already! It's so unfair the time passes so fast. I am thinking of all those traveling, hoping they have safe trips. Mine was uneventful and pretty quick. I loved all my gifties and can't wait to go through my great buys. Thank you to all of you that attended, to Tabatha, Nancy and Judy for doing the pre-buys and for all the lovely friends and guests that helped set up and prepare & Kim for all her help and being an awesome coordinator/hostess for Friday night - that was a blast! I hope we can do it again.

Didn't get home until almost midnight and were a bit tired but it was the best gathering and worth every mile we drove. Everyone we met was wonderful and so helpful. So much information was shared by everyone. Thanks so much for organizing this. Can't wait until the next one...and hopefully will bring some of our CP soap! LOL. Thanks again for the best time ever.

Hi Everyone,

We got back late Sunday and boy was I beat. That car ride did a number on my back.

I had a great time. I'm looking forward to coming back next year.

Thanks Abbie, Kim, Lori and everyone else that worked so hard to make this possible.

Check out my photos of the gathering on facebook and feel free to friend me: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=10911&id=100001029321115&l=ca214e9e0c

Cheers,

Jacqui

Not home yet, but anywhere between 3 and 5 hours away. Looking forward to trying out some of the stuff from demos this past weekend. I like the seeing part so much better. Am now thankful that I didn't go the mapquest route since Illinois (apparently the bulk of it) went under severe storm warnings and even Iowa has them south of where I'm at. I will say ... Missouri and Illinois need to fix their roads! And it wouldn't hurt if all the states upped their speed limits to 80. Heck most of the drivers go that anyway and they're still crawling up ones butt!

PattE it's good to see you found us and glad you found a supplier close to you!

Next year I'm not getting teeth pulled before I go and I'll rest more. Rhonda probably isn't on here, but she kicked my butt for partying for sure.

Birdie, you were missed greatly and we did a little bit of Freebirding. The song was played a few times :)

I miss the beer that JackiO stole, but it was probably wise it was stolen!

It was great to meet Roseanne (hope I got that right!) and the first thing I'm likely to try is Kim's emulsified scrub.

Abbie the conference was great and you, Kim and those who helped you did a great job. It'll be a while before I try MP with wax paper, but that's how it goes. We had a show on Saturday and Rockin is in dire need of more soap than I can imagine I can make ... must catch up on sleep!!!

I would say the one thing I really want to do first is the candle carving, but I don't have the set up that Nancy has. Standing O for you Nancy!

Judy, I'm looking forward to using the wick setter. Rob (Rockin) said, "Good, now you can get busy on container candles, because we have those containers you know..." So I guess that means no more excuses!

I do want to know if Steve still his bag and bow lol!

A huge thank you to Tabatha, because all I can say is Cleveland Rocks! :D And it did!

I know I'm leaving stuff out, but it's time to get some sleep me thinks!

It was a most Bohemian weekend!

Steve & I finally made it home ... took our time getting back.

We thoroughly enjoyed Friday - And he is now officially "Keeper of the Lucky Tote!" Went to the Casino Sunday and his legs got sore; decided to sit and play a machine while I wandered; popped three 7's and won $600.00. Maybe could have been $6,000 but he left the bow in the car. You had to be there Friday to understand. Thanks Naomi ...

I hope everyone enjoyed Saturday as much as I did. Wonderful connecting names with faces. Loved having Bert sponsor the coffee to get me through the day. Great goodie bags - got to get those sample oils in wax. The B&B base samples have really got me tempted to branch out in that direction. Hope everyone enjoys working with the Chamomile Butter.

Thanks to the whole organizing crew for a great and informative meeting. I just wish it were longer so we could do more networking amongst ourselves. I'd love to get everyone's email so we could keep up with each other. Oh, and I need to get the directions for the demo's, too; looks like something I'd like to try.

I'll definitely be there next year and will help any way I can! Thanks to all.

$600.00, wow - that's so cool. I told Derrick, next year I am going to the casino to check it out. Leslie's hubby said the tables were packed, next year since the tables won't be so new - maybe they won't be so crowded. I have used my chamomile butter (today) I used it to make a batch of lip balms, it's lovely in them especially if they are chapped, it's very soothing.
