Mozzie
This one is scented vanilla latte. Feel that I'm starting to get the hang of these swirl pillars, also I'm addicted to Donita's crackle finish.

Lynda3811
What a pretty candle. I love the crackle effect. Think I missed the instructions on this. Can someone tell me how it is done?TIA
eugenia
Looks great. Instructions are as follows:Make a regular chunk pillar and leave the wick extra long.Take the finished pillar and dip into boiling water (turn heat off first) for 20 seconds. You can dip a few times.Immediately plunge into water with plenty of ice. A pitcher works well for this. That's it! If you leave the pot alone to cool completely, the wax will rise to the top and harden. You can then pull it right out, making cleanup a snap.e

Donita
Love the swirl and crackle......I love the crackle too...as you well know....a few years ago when we had a kiosk at the mall....a woman wanted to buy a candle....her boyfriend said "This one looks terrible, I think someone dropped it on the ground"...........see....I always say art is subjective.
